The cleaning was done pretty superficial. In 12 nights we didn’t get our bedsheets changed, which with all the sand, despite showering every time before going to bed, was a little annoying. Also: if you are traveling with small children/babies that require a crib, be sure to bring your own sheet!! The cleaning was made daily at different hours, not only once in the afternoon when we wanted to put the children to sleep, which was a little disturbing due to the fact that the cleaning staff was yelling and slamming everything around, which made it pretty difficult to rest. The staff was apparently very nice but if you understood a little Spanish you could pretty easily understand that they were talking behind your back… I’ll just leave it like that. Also! Be sure to have money with you everywhere you go, the staff is really eager for tips and won’t treat you the same without any. At the main restaurant the variety of food for children was poor and really unhealthy! We expected much more local fruits and vegetables than we actually got served.

The property has a very nice lobby, a big theater where they have every night a different performance, a pretty good restaurant with many choices, bars in the pools, at the beach… big pools, enough sunbeds at the beach, different entertaining programs throughout the property and day… all in all our stay was good, but to be honest we wouldn’t go back a second time.

Due to my flight being canceled on the day of check in we were unable to make it to the resort the first day. We understand that if we were responsible for missing the flight but due to no fault of our own the flight was canceled. I contacted the property to notify them and ask if we could modify the reservation so that we could stay an additional day since we missed the first day they told us we would have to pay and did nothing to work with us. We paid for 5 nights but only got 4 and the resort just cares about money and not the customers or the reason of why the delay. I wasn’t looking for a full refund for the day we missed just to stay one additional day maybe at a discounted rate. But, they were too quick to say no. We Don’t ever plan on going back. It’s a nice place to visit just hope that your travel plans do not get altered by the airlines or Mother Nature and you will be fine.

Check in stuff member was not properly trained, the process was disorganized. They were unclear about the the sum that needs to be charged, trying to overcharge me despite providing the receipt from the Booking.com, rudely calling the room daily demanding my credit card information instead of taking it as soon as you check in. This was disheartened, it made me feel like he did not believe me despite showing proof. That is never happened to me with any other DR resorts.

The hotel is missing a better maintenance team and some final touches. The hotel has less than a year and some room features look already damaged.

The only suggestion I have, is to keep the hot food warmer. I do like my food hot, and by the time I got to our table, it had cooled down quite a bit.

Best resort was perfect. Traveled with my family and my daughter and husband had so many activities to do. The staff was amazing especially Black Power with entertainment, Randol making omlet, the ladies seating at World Cafe, and Jose at Hibachi. The staff are all amazing. The beach area is gorgeous and so many chair options. You seriously can't go wrong with this resort. SO MUCH FOOD! Many options for restaurants and the buffet is to he best I've ever experienced. Many options for picky kids.

My room never had a working phone, the mini bar was never filled unless I asked multiple times. The floors and counters and toilet was never cleaned. The room service agent who answered the calls was not friendly
