The beach and the buffet, spacially that they have blue cheese at breakfast and lunch. the bedroom was very nice, comfy bed and nice decor. food at the french restaurant exeeded our expectations and service was really good.

I didn’t like the rooms water closet has no vent. Listen, sharing a hotel room, and that snug ventless water closet is a serious forced get to know each other situation.

The property was so beautiful, delicately cared for. I loved every moment in this lovely place. The parrot was everything! The room was also very nice, the balcony beautiful, the rain shower oh I miss that!

Sub par maintenance of the facility we had 10 rooms for a party and multiple things were broken in every room. 2 of our rooms had to be changed.

Standard 2 beds rooms should have Queen size beds, instead of Full/Double. For families, which most are of 4 people, it is not comfortable, so you'd want to upgrade to a Suite or a King size room, and ask them to add 2 twin beds, which will make space tight and they aren't very comfortable, but for kids they are OK. That's what we did. Some parts need upgrade, more lighting. The hot tub in the main pool is directly connected to the pool, so its not warm or hot, its just a bubble pool within the pool. The hot tub in the Vip/family area its adjacent to the pool but water was cooler than the pool...if that makes any sense lol

Good location 20 mins from airport, stunning beach, great staff, nice show and daily entertainment, good food, plenty of choices, and yummy drinks, nice grounds, clean pools(wish one had a slide and the kids pool had an actual splash pad), plenty of pool and beach chairs, room was upgraded and clean but floors felt sandy, nice linens, comfy bed, good stay, would return.

The water pressure in the rooms (shower and sink) was very poor.

The staff was very friendly and did there jobs well. The food was excellent (and we went to every restaurant on the resort). The rooms were nice and the resort was very clean.

The WiFi worked intermittently both outside and in the rooms, would prefer for it to have an elevator for the upper rooms and the night activities are a little lacking.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the coffee bean was a pleasant surprise for a special cup and the cocktails were superb

We have small kids, so having a few more kid friendly options like life vests by the pool would have been helpful. As parents we struggle to relax on vacation and those small things mean a lot!

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. We loved being right on the beach and having access to plenty of food, shopping, and activities without even leaving the resort. We even ended up scheduling a photo session right at the hotel and had the most stunning family portraits to remember our trip! Our entire family was impressed by the beauty around us.

The beach and grounds are beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean. Beds and towels are nice and comfy. Foods and drinks are great. Nice there are no wristbands and no reservations needed for the restaurants. My son loved the coco bean cafe! We had a great time!

The rooms and bathrooms are very very old. Rooms are for 2-3 stars hotels. The gym is a joke. The gym staff is lazy and he has allowed everything to be covered with rust. The hostess in buffet restaurant is lazy. Thanks to supervisors the clients are satisfied. The meat in restaurants is not good quality.

The beach is the best. White sand and palm-trees. Not many people on one place. The garden is great. The supervisors make this hotel perfect. Supervisor Wilson Morel is the best. He is everywhere and makes this machine work correctly.

We upgraded to VIP which gave us a better room but on day two the ceiling in the bathrooms was leaking steadily, they came to fix it and mud it but the leak wasn’t fixed so the drywall mud made a mess on the restroom floor as it dripped down with the water so they had to come back again. The VIP top shelf drinks were no where to be found but in the one adult area and they ran out of JackDaniels after one day and it never got replenished. Every VIP area no one asked of we were VIP so really anyone could go wherever. Not sure why we paid more. One room did have a beach view which was nice and our room was larger. The Italian restaurant was horrible with wait times literally multiple families came and went and we finally got our food. The food everywhere was fresh and amazing thought.

The restaurants , buffet, restrooms, bars, pools and rooms were very clean.
