Villas are outdated with mismatch furniture. Lots of mosquito when staying in the villa location. Shame about the number of "girlfriends " with old men for the evening having dinner.

servers not paying attention at the restaurant . they were more paying attention to white guests. one of the servers/manager touched my kid without my consent. They don’t have a operating beach. it’s full of weeds. i read the review and last year was the same issue some one had mentioned in the review don’t have all inclusive option need to have more entertainment/ games on the property

The stay was very stress free; from the time you arrive from the reception area, Ivelisse & Brenda, our butler Franklin taking care of all our plans, the staff mining the beach and pool area, such as Hector; the restaurant staff especially from the Blue restaurant, all very warm and friendly and attentive of every minor detail.

Activities are limited, amazing if you like golf or just want to relax on the beach. Wasn't recommended by hotel but went to nearby adventure park and it was such a great time.

Beautiful villa, nicely decorated. Huge and comfortable bathroom, walk-in closets, and nice pool. Restaurants and food very good. Nice piano bar and live music. Service and staff excellent!

We booked the junior suite with private pool and as soon as we checked in we found out that there was major construction work taking place adjacent to the suite which meant we could not sit outside or enjoy our pool. The staff did not alert us about this nor did offer any compensation until I insisted. Only 3 restaurants on site with the same menu for lunch and dinner which makes it a bit repetitive. My husband has a gluten allergy and almost no options available for him (even though mentioned on the menu) The prices charges are equivalent to a luxury hotel but the service definitely does not match up to the same level/ standard Definitely not recommending to friends/ family and not coming back again.

Excellent location with a gorgeous beach!! Our butler was really really nice and went out of his way to try and make our stay better

price, not W O R T H it.. nothing is included, complex in maintenance and even then it’s price is not lowered in addition to the fact that there is a lot of noise from trucks…

Unfortunatly these good impressions got ruined by the end of our stay..and all the imperfections that you skiped till that moment, suddenly emerge. Despite having booked an extra night to be relaxed for our leaving in the evening and not rushed to leave our villa, what was my surprise that the hotel had no gesture to please his clients. They have their own way to make even small benefits out of the big amounts of the bill. To be precise, the transport from and to the airport was supposed to be included in the reservation. As we had 2 differents departure time we had so an extra transport, which has been put into the account, when we arrived.. but they also charge us another transport just because I accompagned my friend to the airport, and came back with the car, which has another transport to do from the hotel!! On my point of view that means that they almost Invoiced all the transports.. !! At that point for me its not the amount of the transport that count but the handling and gestures of the hotel policy..so greedy.. with this sad impression all the negative point emerge: - in the morning the reception asked me for the late checkout fees, without checking that my reservation was till next day.. - They owe me some change because they didn’t have during day, but they didn’t tell me when checking out .. just for the principle( because of below) , I came back on my way to airport to got it back.. there was a note with my villa number to be given back to me on checking out.!! Another negatif point u don’t expect from 5* hotel.. - Rooms starts to be oldish and realy needs refrechement.. towel hangers unstable and have to be fixed. - Speakers and technic old and not usefull, with a very bad sound.. despite not using it, we had to call several times the maintenance because of continuous sound . - Some TV chanel, blocked time to time because of subscription delayed payement..

Sometime small events make change your entire impression and make a positive experience to get scratched and desapointed. Specially at end . Beside the kindness of most staff, Will get credit also to Jade and the concierge team which was very helpful , present and kind.
