All was perfect

The location is excellent. The facilities as well (jacuzzi, nice rooftop terrace, comfortable bed, baby cot on request, fridge, kitchen and free water, coffee and tea, soap in the bathroom, more than expected) David and Elemis, the owners, are super hosts: always there to help, accommodate, taking into account the client's needs. They are also very knowledgeable and pleasant company. Many thanks David and Elemis :-)

The location is very good. Quiet yet close to nice restaurants and attractions. No need for a taxi.

My room was right next to the kitchen and the reception, and I could hear noises and music during the day. Nights were wonderfully quiet though.

David and Elemis were super friendly, helpful and accommodating, they helped me with all my questions and know the good spots to go in town. The location is perfect, I walked everywhere. And they have this lovely rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi where you can chill, plus there is a shared fridge and kitchen.

Great location in the historic district with close proximity to parks, street shopping and great restaurants...unfortunately, it's not close to the beach. Was able to park directly outside the door. The room was smallish but had everything I needed, including a private bathroom. Shared kitchen facilities were available but not used. Loved the rooftop spa with beautiful views. Hosts were very friendly. Overall a great spot that I will likely use again for a short get-away.

Excelent Communication with the host. Great location, near to Center, near to pedestrian zone Market and restaurant in area Clean room, small and clean kitchen Its in colonial zone, so building are a little old, but its not a problem

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, with great location and access to an enormous rooftop area with a jacuzzi. David and his wife are incredible hosts, very attentive, reactive and friendly, gave a lot of useful tips and it was just a pleasure to have a conversation with them. You really feel like at home. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Recommend without hesitation

It was a great location close to everything! The roof area was great for unwinding and the jacuzzi was surprisingly clean (like way more so than most in the US) and great for cooling off. My partner commented that this is one of the few places we've rented that was actually nicer than the photos!

There are taxes added to the price and we didn't expect that but overall was ok.

The hosts were very nice, very helpful and accomodating, nice to talk to. We recommend. The hotel is in the colonial neighbourhood so very central and close to the sea, restaurants, shops, musea. The room was quiet and on the roof there was a nice place to sit and a jacuzzi to enjoy. We could park our car just across the entrance in the street in a safe area. The breakfast was with fresh fruits and products so very tasty.

We travel frequently to the colonial zone and this is probably our new favorite place to stay. It was very economically priced, beautiful new facilities, comfortable bed and bathroom, friendly staff, amazing location within walking distance of everything. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here and WILL be coming back!!

Language choices are Spanish or French - and I wanted to know so much more! I need more Spanish lessons!

What a gem! Walking a few blocks one way, you're at the sea promenade. A few blocks the other way is the pedestrian mall with awesome restaurants that leads to the cathedral. The hotel has a rooftop patio with gorgeous views - and parakeets!

Best hostel in town. The hosts David and Elemis was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh still water is provided. What’s more, they have an excellent terrace that you can enjoy jacuzzi there. Highly recommended!

Wonderful tiny hotel in the middle of Colonial Zone. Even with a Jacuzzi on the rooftop. Great hosts Davide and Elemis. The Breakfast is delicious.
