The hotel was really nice and peaceful, but it was located in a very new area with not so much shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, also the beach was little bit far away

There is kitchen but no pot for cooking, only pan. Since the place is very new and a bit inconvenient to access, ordering uber was a hassle. Overall not a big deal since they offer a shuttle to their beach club.

Very nice room and pool. Has a coworking space if you’re working. Great wifi/internet speed. Overall everything was great and can recommend!

Need a car if staying here. The hotel is located off of the highway, only one way in and one way out. If you miss your turn, you have to make a u-turn at the light and drive all the way down the highway again. Turn around and drive back up the highway towards the hotel. It is an inconvenience for those not familiar with the location. Other than that, great hotel!

The staff were friendly and hospitable. Jade and Carolina are jewels. Breakfast offered at the hotel and dining staff were great, no complaints. The room was large and comfortable with modern furniture. Having a full kitchen, plus a washer and dryer in the room, came in handy. There are restaurants, supermarkets, hair salons, etc. nearby. I loved my stay there and will return when in the DR again.

- According to the description, bathrobes and a hairdryer were expected to be provided in the room. However, upon arrival, neither of these amenities was available. When we requested them, we were given the hairdryer only after reminding the staff and informed that bathrobes were not yet available. - We frequently encountered difficulties getting to the hotel via taxi or Uber, as none of the drivers were familiar with the location, and Google Maps often directed us in the wrong direction. - During our stay, only breakfast was provided as lunches and dinners were not yet available. Additionally, we unexpectedly had to pay for breakfast due to a change in the price breakdown on booking.com, which suddenly included an added tax. - Despite being assured by a lady in the breakfast area (we speak Spanish) that the tap water was drinkable, we received conflicting information from the girl at the reception, who claimed it was not safe to drink. - Despite the hotel's claim of being 5-star and typically receiving drinkable water in places where tap water is not safe, we were disappointed to find that only two small bottles were provided upon arrival, and we were not given replacements during cleaning. Additionally, when we requested water at the reception due to feeling dizzy, we were refused. - The hotel's location is near the downtown area, but it's not easily accessible by foot due to the absence of pavement around the premises.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and brand new. The gym facilities were excellent. Additionally, the hotel is next to a construction site, although fortunately, there were no disturbances from noise during our stay. Jade at the reception stands out as exceptional and highly competent, contrasting with the rest of the staff who are not as proficient yet.

Very new so some drivers weren’t familiar with location. Wish the restaurant on location was open for lunch or dinner while there but they will start in the future.

An unforgettable stay! We really enjoyed our vacation with Hotel Faranda Single 1! The hotel was very clean and the decoration was excellent. Wonderful location and great service! We got a warm welcome, beautiful rooms, great service, delicious food, the staff was nice and helpful we had really nice conversations and memories with Jade, Caro and Rodrigo. Nice dynamics, atmosphere, friendliness, humor, really nice to experience this with them. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated with a storage room , washer + dryer + iron, kitchen with fridge + oven + stove, a nice living room with a TV offering Google Chrome cast & a bedroom overlooking the pool. The bed was super nice to sleep on, felt like sleeping in the clouds and a nice closet with a big mirror. They have a gym, workplace and plenty of space to park. During breakfast you get a menu card, from which you can choose. We quickly noticed that everything on the menu is made with love. The 'tamarin' juice is definitely recommended. 😋😋 Alberto and Hillary made our mornings very nice. There is a big and clean pool & the hotel also provides transportation to their beach club, super nice beach with nice drinks and food. They are available 24/7 and ready to help if there’s anything. It is secured there by security guards and cameras so very safe. In 1 word EXCELLENT! I recommend this hotel to everyone!
