I ordered one meal, salmon and veg which was not cheap, but the salmon was dry and didn't taste good, like an old frozen filet I might have at home, not fresh restaurant standard food.

the room was good as usual, not so much the view but now i know when i book again, i will prefer rooms from 116 - 121 love that view... Breakfast was delicious and the attention of your staff incredible. i will always recommend the hotel to my friends 100% i had some family that came from Argentina and were happy that i took them there.

Information on tours and extra-hotel activities should be more detailed. We did the waterfall tour and it was a bit boring and long. The horseback excursion is best done before 2pm.

the safe did not work neither did the phone in room(but felt safe and just walked to front desk). food at restaurant for dinner was not good, however great restaurants outside in town. since no coffee maker in room would have appreciated free 24 hour access to tea and coffee. property seemed to need care, part of main balcony over river was falling apart , various patios could not be used in disrepair (not sure if a tree had recently fallen and caused damage).

Room had a great view of river and mountains. pool table was fun for kids along with pool. was great having a balcony to relax on. felt safe.

The Food was ok, but not as breathtaking as the view. The Service of the Bar & Restaurant Stuff was excepitonell good. The deserve a 5 Star asessment . Keep on the good job.

The location is breathtaking and very nice located on the JIMENOA Riverside. The REstaurant has a excellent view over the River and Hanging Bridge...a must to walk over.

They had trouble with the tv signal. Be ready for flies when eating at the beautiful outdoor restaurant. I had some trouble finding the hotel as it not so easy to find being in the mountains. Good Signage might help.

Room 204 was very bad the room was very smelly pure humidity and a bad odor we had to be changed to another room. View to the river a lot better. Breakfast was okay 7/10. Pool wasn’t clean.

The staff, everyone was nice and kind. Restaurant was amazing specially with the view to the river.

The rooms with no river view needs renovation. The sport activities company that the hotel reccomends is the worst company. Before you make any arrangement search and read for reviews.Almost nobody doesn't have any certification on safety issues

The hotel is located in a very exceptional place,on a river. The view of the river-view rooms is amazing. The restaurant has a very nice breakfast. The bar makes the best cocktails in DR that contains alcohol!!!And the prices are very good.The silence and the sound of the river offers you a great sleep
