On this return trip, we were disappointed with the quality of food at lunch. We opted to have a lunch in the restaurant and ordered sancho, not available, then ordered a burger with blue cheese, not available. Settled for a club sandwich which was chicken salad and much to my disappoint had several tiny bones through it. This could have been a very dangerous situation.

The location is the best for us. The front desk staff were very attentive and courteous as usual. Thanks to Gabrielle and partner. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.

Couldn’t get a wash cloth. Stingy on hand towels, even though we asked for extras. Bathroom was very small but everything worked.

Only the loud noise in front of property Saturday night from a small club or bar . We stayed close to the street beatiful view only the loud noise for one day

Excellent location as a base for a very quick stay in Santo Domingo. Clean room, good shower and good breakfast.

Our first night, we were in a room in the front along the main street with a balcony. It was way too loud. The good news is that we spoke to the staff in the morning and they moved us to a room in the back and it was perfect!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great in the Colonial Zone - so easy to walk everywhere! Breakfast was good, if a little crowded. The terrace is lovely!

Parking was a challenge. Make sure to tell the staff if you are leaving for the day or night to make sure your car can be easily accessed. Also, we did eat a few items from the mini bar. The prices were not consistent. Perhaps a price list can be placed next to the items.

The location was nice, you can walk everywhere from there and there are good restaurants around. Breakfast was nice, a lot of stuff to choose and the staff was really kind and welcoming.

The personnel is helpful, but not all speak English. There was a desk, but no chairs at all in our room. The air conditioner was blowing way too strong for a small room, but too hot without it. After a whole night of rain the corridors of the hotel were wet in many places. Our room stayed dry though.

Location in the best region of the old town Zona Colonial. 24h front desk. Private gym. Good tips on where and how to take a bus to Punta Cana. Good shower.

1.-The parking garage is too small & crowded so, you have to leave your car keys at front desk for the staff to move your car when needed. 2.-People talking loud in the halls is disturbing inside your room.

The only thing I can complain about is that there was not hot water in the room I estayed in. Water was not even warm, but other than that, everything else was perfect.

I had a room w/ 2 double beds. The beds kept moving they were not mounted to the wall. When I sat at the foot of the bed the head of the mattress came up.

Hotel cost was supposed to cost around 100. It came down to 130+ with taxes and fees. 30% hike. Santo Domingo in general is expensive. It is very noisy all around.

History. Breakfast was ok. Fruits are very fresh and tasty. Loved DOMR overall.

the location....walking distance from everything in the zone and the inclusive breakfast was amazing each morning. Even with the language barrier the staff were Amazing.

Information from the front desk on tours outside of the city and National theatre and things to do outside of the colonial zone is needed to help us know the things we can do like the theatre. The television did not work. The room for the three of us was little cramped.

I liked the waiting staff very good. The location was amazing. The room for three of us was a little cramped but we had a balcony which was nice. Breaksfast was very good.
