We stayed five days, i think they should have done some house keeping at least once while we were there. On the third floor, the opening for the stairs seemed a little dangerous for children.

Vista de Aguilas was a beautiful quaint hotel with homemade wooden furniture, beautiful sea shell lamps and plenty of peace and quiet. The pool is small, but perfect for our little boy, and more avid swimmers are not far from the sea. The staff was super friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was great and plentiful- they always made breakfast at yhe time that we asked for. For the price this was a great value! I also love pedernales and ate at the vendors by the park and also the bbq down by the sea. Plenty of local flair and a lovely town.

Canceled my booking.com fully paid reservation. I had to pay the same amount at the reception in cash or Banco transfer, which I of course count for. Got a worse room. Opening the gate was complicated, you had to click a doorbell, however hardly respond, it should an opened-gate policy during the day, because getting off the car to ring and have no response could be annoying. Pillows are not comfortable, and pool was out service, and no notification was given until arrival

This hotel is at the top of what you can get in the heart of the town. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and modern. The highlight is the staff, everyone was so nice and helpful, they'll help you with anything and with the tours to bahía de las aguilas and more... especially DARCY! her grade of costumer service, care and attention is top notch.

This hotel was much better than expected. It looks nice, has a pool, and a nice outdoor area. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it when staying in Pedernales. Breakfast is on site.

We experienced a severe infestation of bed bugs in our room. We did not notice this right away but saw small blood stains on the bed sheets and also found a bed bug on the bed. I suffered more than 100 bites during the night and when we returned home I found several adult bed bugs in my luggage. I left everything outside of our home and decontaminated all of my belongings. While this is a nice looking hotel and has potential they need to get an exterminator in there to eliminate this very serious problem.

-I chose this place because it said it had wifi and I thought of working while in the room but it was not possible because it did not reach my room. -Hot water worked like 2/7 times. Not very reliable. Although I was warned "it takes a while" -Breakfast lacks options but what we had was decent -Liquid soap is what's provided, that's fine but not very practical and had to buy a bar of soap in town. -The room I was provided was next to the workshop and it was hard to remain asleep past 8am... But theyre under construction and building up... So I guess it's somewhat acceptable... But it was not a good experience for 3 nights I was there.

One of the prettiest looking places to stay in Pedernales at the time with a good location too. Good a/c, comfortable bed and neat bathroom.

Property was perfectly located close to all amenities on town. Excellent service from staff, always willing to help and very informative about activities around town, especially Yeuris from managerial staff. Coming back as soon as we can!!!!!
