Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hungarywe struggled a bit with the wifi sometimes and would be great if we find at least a basic coctail list in the bars
The Facilities are nice, the beach is beautiful compared with the other hotels in the neighbourhood. The staff is very nice even if not everybody speak in english

Brazilthe food in the main restaurant is not great, mainly the desserts, they basically have all the same taste the beach bar has a long line, they should have moore people there the premium does not woth the money, it is a smart choice to go for the regular stay it was supposed to have a buttler but he never showed up

United StatesThe beds weren't too comfy overall and the buldings did not have elevators. Both of these tended to add some fatigue and exhaustion given the fact that we were waling a LOT on the property. The kids area / playgroup faciltiies on the campus were inadequate and hence our 8 year old did not get to interact with kids or do kid stuff in a dedicated space. WOuld help if this is improved since this is a family friendly establishment
Fantastic location, staff, food and hopitality overall. Very polite and courteous staff made all the difference really. They do a great job of always keeping a smile on their face and accommodating whatever is possible. The property while bein a bit old is superbly clean and maintained well. The food options in all restaurants including the Open Sea international buffet try to accommodate all cultures and cuisines as much as possible. Good job by their management and staff overall.

United Statessome of the restuarant locations were not available and during our seven night stay we were only able to try TWO out of the SEVEN locations they have. we mostly ordered room service which was the same food every night. sandwiches and chicken fingers. When i called into room service they never answered. the wifi wasnt at its best and at times it would fall , we would be left without any reception to order food or make reservations.
The location was very great, at times the service was also great. the premium breakfast buffet was really good.

United KingdomNot so much ‘didn’t like’ but just a bit inconvenient sometimes. In the restaurants, your drinks were always served by the waiting staff including coffee in the morning. When they were busy it could take a while to get drinks initially and then for top ups you had to keep flagging them down. Never quite understood why there were no coffee stations at breakfast!
Lovely resort. Well laid out. Plenty of restaurants and there did not appear to be a limit to how many times you could book them. Large buffet restaurant, always seats available. Food was good and varied especially if you mixed it up with the a la carte ones. Pools were great, never seemed crowded. Beach bar on premium beach sometimes had a bit of a queue but nothing to really worry about. Bar staff very generous with measures. No cocktail menu as such in the smaller bars but you just needed to tell them what to make and they did! Happy to serve drinks in your own glass/tankard. Room immaculate, cleaned everyday. Entertainment team worked relentlessly and plenty of things on offer but you never felt pressured to join in.

BulgariaWE HAVE DOWÑGRADED ROOM FOR THA FIRST NIGHT. IT WAS HARD TO ARRANGE IT WIHT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK AND MANAGER AND I NEEDED TO COMUNICATE WITH BOOKING TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
THE BEACH IS PERVECT, ROOMS ARE CLEAN, DINNER IN THE RESTORANTS IS GOOD. JOSE IS VERY GOOD BUTLER.
