The premium side of the property, which we were staying at, was so lovely ans serene and quiet! The grounds are all beautifully maintained! Best part was the private concierge service, beyond what we expected!

The beds were not comfortable. The restaurant reservations were very difficult to make. The wifi was a nightmare thats why it was impossible to make reservations for restaurants even while on premium for premium restaurants. The butler tried but it was hard for a group of ten.

The place had great location the staff was amazing. The drinks were great. The swimming pool was clean.

Great resort and views. Enjoyed our time in Punta Cana. Lot of activities for guests. Premium gives you access to entire resort and there is lot to do. Place is maintained meticulously and we felt relaxed and safe throughout the stay. Definitely recommend. Tons of food options and premium members get their own butler who helps you with all planning.

The food was very bland and cold. I wish there was more homeland cuisine presented on the resort . We had to go outside of the resort to experience good food. Another issue was some of the vendors that stand around hassling about buying an excursion was exhausting. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

The resort was beautiful ! I love the Premium Benefits that came with my vacation package . The staff was very welcoming .

Spa needs maintenance. Also, is not fair that the only way to get a restaurant reservation was via “mayordomos”. But we were really lucky with ours, Jobraillyn.

The staff is everything, Premium is the perfect word to describe them. Also, good quality liquors and really good food. Really worth it. My recommendations: Go to the On the Grill Restaurant and ask for Francisco (the best) but if you want to stay on the Premium Bar then Juan is your person.

Bed linen not good. Maids intruding early in the morning. No toilet brush. Staff has no English.

Overall it's a nice resort, not too big, beach sand is great, plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are enormous and clean, TVs are modern, have all sports channels. Sea is always stormy, of course it's not hotel's fault.

Great vibe! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Food is good, fresh and you have lots of different choices. Room was big, bathroom as well, always clean and the minibar was always stocked with water and other drinks.

Everything was just simply perfect - from reception, to butler service, wide choice of meals during brekfast, lunch and dinner in variety of restaurants, fantastic beach, spacious room with big double shower bathroom, comfortable bed, lush vegetation in the gardens to kind and helpfull staff. I can only recommend this fully equipped hotel. We will definitely come back.

WiFi is awful. Paintfull. Almost no WiFi here. It doesn’t work on rooms. Don’t choose premium option. Because there are no differency with normal customers. Everything same. Only you pay for large room and standart lounge. Personel on lobby side, especially personal assistant are rude, unrespectfull. For example, He invited me to lobby by his fingers instead of come to near of me. All my honesty his manager tried to fix everything after I claimed. The other receptionist asked “cola-rum” for himself from me etc.. this hotel definetly should check their personal and solve their WiFi problem.

Foods are ok. Not great. Service is good on restaurants, stewards are kind. Environment is nice. Seaside is cool, Bavaro is nice beach. Personal are calm expect receptionists.

There was no orientation of the property and amenities. The concierge gave us an animated looking map that the concierge cirlce stuff quickly while we were checking in and she folded up and placed in our room key bag. We got lost several times walking on the property, and we found other guests lost on the property as well alone the way. If we had orientation of the property's main areas it would have saved us time, energy, and emotions.

Sometimes you asked for things like water or anything else and it didn't come. Some of the people from the staff were impolite or tired or confused. They never got my clothes to be washed . Too many people , guests and employees . It was hard to communicate sometimes, some of the hotel staff don't understand English or Spanish. No butter or different fruits in the Premium breakfast. People kept doubting that my daughter and I were in the Premium one.

The breakfast and food in general is Ok. Everything is clean. The bed is comfortable and the room was really big. The beach is amazing.

I only found 2 bartenders who knew how to make good drinks and the food was OK. We found ourselves venturing outside of resort to look for good food. We paid for premium package and honestly wish we would have saved our money because there were no benefits to premium. Kids were all over the place including the premium pool.

Location was good. You were able to leave resort and explore Punta Cana. Staff was AMAZING!!!
