We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBathrooms smelled, cockroaches, only cleaned the room once in a week, one sink in master bedroom didn't work, showers were rusty, and no one asked how was my stay. At the end I asked to have a taxi to pick me up @8pm and they forgot I almost missed my flight home.
This trip was worst than the first time I stayed. I like the pools, the view, security, spacious rooms.

United KingdomOn arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded. The apartment we were allocated was a three bedroom unit, giving us two extra bedrooms which we did not need. The apartment was dark and dull with many things not working properly, including toilets and showers. There was also a key missing for the back door which would have given us access to the garden, pool and their semi-private beach more easily. We asked for the key a few times but it never appeared. We were hassled by some Timeshare or similar sales people even after we told them we were not interested. We found this to be annoying and intrusive. The electricity was an additional charge, the cost of which we found expensive. At checkout we waited for them to check the apartment and confirm all was in order. We were told all was good and that the damage deposit would be refunded within 2-3 days. This did not happen despite us contacting them several times via Booking. They did not reply to any of our messages so to this date we don't know what made them think they could just keep our money. Only after numerous calls to Booking Customer Service over a period of six weeks, Booking refunded our money. We toured the Dominican Republic for two weeks and this was by far the worst property we stayed in. Be careful if choosing to stay here, there are better options.
Good location for the town and Sosua beach, and their semi-private beach was good, clean and quiet.

Everything! This flat is huge! Like three large rooms all en suite, huge balconies, living room / dining room / kitchen areas was comfortable. High ceilings, internet worked fine, washing machine worked well as well. Also really liked the area of the complex and the infinity pool was probably the best part overlooking the sea. You also have private beach access. Also special shout out to Roberto and Jessie for being so attentive and provided the best customer service 💯

Dominican RepublicBooking's information about the number of beds per room is not real. I chose a 2-bedroom apartment with a room with a queen bed and another room with two beds, one full and one twin. When I arrive at the apartment, I see two rooms, each with one bed. They told me that I should have made an additional observation on the reservation. I told them no, that the reservation on Booking was very explicit, and I had chosen the room I needed with the correct description. The decoration that the Booking shows is not real; the apartment is very deficient, the decoration is old, and it does not correspond at all with the photos. The kitchen has very few utensils; for example, there was no one to make scrambled eggs. The air conditioning did not cool well; it was deficient. After a lot of talking with the staff, they changed my apartment to a less bad one. At least this one had the distribution of beds as requested in the reservation, but the decoration must be remodeled. What bothered me the most is that before paying for the apartment, they don't tell you that they are going to charge you for the amount of electricity you consume during your stay; they tell you that after the apartment is confirmed. I wanted to cancel, but it was not possible; they would bill me for the total amount of the reservation.
I liked the pool and beach area. The complex is a good size with lots of trees. The bathrooms had plenty of water and were clean.
