The food the first days in the week (The buffet) was closed, I stayed until the weekend and the quality and the variety of the meals changed a lot. There are two different experiences. Was the same with the night shows. The Monday and Tuesday didn’t do great activities, could be boring.

I have always felt that the dinner options are slightly limited and could be better.

Beach could be better organized. Japanese restaurant was a desaster (service & quality of food).

Rooms are great, so are the restaurants (Italian & French).

- food in restaurants al a carte was great one day and not that good the other day.. I had crème brûlée two days in row. The first day it was so creamy and good and the other day it was cold and curdled. The staff in restaurants seemed sometimes unmotivated. Not all of the staff of course, some waiters would be very kind and helpful. I would work on the service in the restaurants, everywhere else it was great. Also, we were in 4 different resorts in Dominican Republic for this trip and I think the dining options and quality could improve a bit more. - The room service was only ok - food was average and they did not use the delivery box that is supposed to be for room service. They knocked on the door instead.. that bothered me a little because we were in our underwear. - constructions on both sides of the resorts! It was loud and it was the whole day but! It did not ruin the atmosphere so I would forgive them this. :D

Amazing resort! Adults only! Very laid back, clean, modern and minimalistic. Their fruit plates are fantastic. A lot of activities every day. Table tennis and volleyball field was a huge plus. Fantastic spa! So beautiful and peaceful. the best massage I have ever had from Joseline. The beach is amazing, almost no sea weed. All pools are extraordinary. Room is beautiful, everything you need, comfy bed. Nespresso machine 👍🏽 Plenty restaurants to choose from. Coffee shop on site was perfect! Cleaning service was also very satisfactory, we got plenty of water daily and I I loved having my bed ready for the night from the cleaning service. Overall - the resort is one of the top resorts I have stayed in Dominican Republic so far!

One day they had water issues which resulted in our shower water pressure being very low.

The food was great. Often food at all-inclusive resorts is mediocre, but the food here was worth coming back for. We didn't have one bad meal while here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were very clean.

Our room was lovely and spacious. The resort is beautiful. Great food, great drinks, great entertainment. Honestly all the staff at Live Aqua Punta Cana received us well and made us feel very comfortable. Gil, House, Ivan, a few names we can remember all paid us great service.

Did not like that the taxi back (arranged by the hotel) to the airport charged us 77$, while from the airport (using Booking.com services) was 28$. Cash paid would have been 70, but for the card is 10% according to the driver. BS

This was my second visit and I chose it specifically for my family trip as when I went last year everything was incredible. I felt it was the perfect place to return.

cleanliness could be improved. we found quite a lot of dirt and residuals around floor and our bed. staff helped changing it after checkin.

friendly help welcoming staff. free upgrade is given as it was our birthday trip.

Everything was top tier. Our swim up room was awesome. The food was ok 8/10. They need more top shelf liquor. Our Butler was great
