The entertainment wasn't my favorite. The teams were doing an incredible job getting people to participate (special shout out to Red), but it's overall a pretty tame resort. If you aren't into listening to the 80s cover band, there isn't much else to do on the property except go for beautiful walks or watch TV. No worries for us since we weren't looking for that anyway, but just a warning for potential future guests hoping for more of an active nightlife.

The resort was great - busy but you could always find a sunbed or chair to lay out on. No need to wake up early and save a spot with your book and towel. The main pool had lots of music and activities and felt lively, but the quieter pools were my favorite and a great escape to read, tan, relax and enjoy the sun. The overall grounds were clean and modern, lots of different areas to hang out. Standard suite room was huge. The bathroom being open to the bed wasn't my favorite but not an issue for my partner and I, but I could see this being odd for others. Food overall was great - bearing in mind it's an All Inclusive and we weren't expecting much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh, healthy and savory options and service was impeccable. Lunch at the main Pool restaurant (Mediterranean) was delicious - fresh salads and pastas were my personal highlight. The Ceviche lunch spot was also great. The dinner restaurants weren't my favorite but they were adequate for an all inclusive. Just be mindful about what you're ordering and stick to what you think they can do best. Loved the coffee bar and especially the girls who worked in there and helped me learn a bit more Spanish!

Beach was loaded with seaweed and very steep shelf to get down from lounges to shore. Also, dinner restaurants food was not as good as buffet and daytime restaurants.

Incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating staff. Buffet’s for breakfast and lunch were limitless! Options of quiet pool areas, more social, upbeat areas were available. Drinks were great, many top shelf products. Other dining options throughout the day were awesome. Beach areas were well supplied with comfortable lounges or beds and very large tiki umbrellas which provided great protection from the sun. All areas were well staffed to order anything from anywhere…lounge, beach or poolside delivery! They also had full schedules of fun activities every day. Forgot to mention pool or beach massages! (For an xtra $)

THE WINE YOU OFFER FOR FREE IS VERY PORT (BAD) QUALITY. SOME PEOPLE ONLY DRINK WINE. WE CHECK THE LIST TO BUY IT WAS EXCESSIVELY EXPENSIVE COMPARED W/ THE PRICE WE USED TO BUY. THE SALTSHAKER WAS WET AND DID NOT COME OUT.

THE FOOD IN EACH RESTAURANT WAS THE BEST QUALITY ALL THE TIME AND ALL PERSONNEL THAT SERVE WERE EXCELLENT! LIKE: JOSE, OUR MAYORDOMO, MAXIMO, ROSA, MARIA, HEIDY SANCHES, YASARI, ETC

Butler got sick after 2nd day and no one assigned another butler until I complained. Roaches in room. Maid service was subpar.

1 of the waiter was very rude and rushing us to order because they wanted to close the restaurant. We ended up leaving and went to another spot.

This property is beautiful luxury without been pretentious. a complete serene and ambient atmosphere but places to party if you choose the staff are super friendly and professional Miraflores reataurant - hannel the gentleman that served me at breakfast today. the food at Miraflores is yummy I wish I went there sooner. food varies in quality but had a nice time at each restaurant

Just a little minor issue. The faucets in our room were peeling white and silver and dark flakes so they looked dirty but it was just the paint peeling.

Everything else at the hotel was amazing. Staff is accommodating and polite. They do a decent job with entertainment. The restaurants are amazing. Every restaurant has great food to try. Also if you don't like the restaurants or don't want to limit to just that. Enjoy some grilled picanha or skirt steak from the guys that grill near Seshin restaurant. If you get there early enough meat will be rare/mid rare and delicious.

As with the area in the whole I would say that the wine is not great,, and the cocktails are very strong ((which some may consider a good thing!))

The quality of alcohol is quite poor, it’s all there, but it’s not quite it. I’d recommend the place anyway, just don’t count of getting amazing drinks when you go there

Modern and comfortable room, pools, beach, entertainment, it’s all a big wow. Very clean, well maintained, fun, just amazing. French and Sushi restaurant are absolutely top.

The bathrooms do not provide a lot of privacy, but not too big of a deal since it is an adult only resort. The coffee shop is mediocre. Beyond that, couldn’t think of anything else and we are picky!

The facilities are amazing. The staff was the best I have ever experienced at a resort. The beach is clean and has a nice barrier around their beach area to keep out a majority of the seaweed, fish, and large waves. The entire swim area is completely sand under your feet. We like to spend more time at the pool, however because of this, we actually spent more time on the beach. We have been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this one for sure will be a repeat for us, hopefully within a year.
