We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Dominican RepublicA/C did not work, shower was clogged, bedroom doorknobs were outdated and difficult to open. Since Jarabacoa is on a mountain it is very chilly so the pool gets very cold. Property owner should consider investing in a heater for the pool. I only stayed 1 night so I didn’t bother informing front desk, however I did mention it when I checked out and the front desk and manager were very concerned and offered to accommodate me immediately. I will definitely return, but ensure the room is comfortable before settling in.
Breakfast, location, views, and staff were excellent. The playground is conveniently located near the restaurant and pool where I could watch my child from a very close distance.

Dominican RepublicThey charge you an extra 10% after you paid for the stay in the hotel, it's illegal because they changed you 18% by law and 10% under the counter. The room was not safe, I couldn't sleep all night worrying some one will open the door, I had no phone in the room to get hold of the front desk. The room has a termite problem and was not clean at all
