Food, not 1 day of authentic Dominican food at buffet. They tell you all inclusive yet u get no availability to eat at special restaurants for the GOOD food.We had to spend money we needed for food 2 days They allow people to book for the week, VERY UNFAIR You get there and find out you have to be VIP OR HIGHER to enjoy 70% amenities . Drinks are watery!

The facility I stayed is needs remodeling looks like it has not been updated in years. The food was bland .

The personnel was friendly and helpful the room service was good, towels and bed sheets clean.

First when I arrive to the check in I couldn't pay with my credit card cause the reception does not process dólar payment from credit card, then I had to pay to another credit card in pesos. That took me time

loved the location, there were a lot of nice attractions near the resort, staff was incredibly welcoming especially Rordanny and Elvis from the breakfast crew at Casablanca.

definitely needs some upkeep, starting with the bathroom, the shower head was positioned in such a way that after every shower the bathroom floor was flooded with water. also wifi is not free, is only free for one hour, then the prices are crazy

let me start off by saying that Rordanny C. and Elvis A. from the breakfast/lunch shift at the Casablanca restaurant were both so incredibly helpful and welcoming! also the property is huge, like have to take a shuttle bus to get to certain areas of the resort however the important things like pool/restaurants/and beach were all within minutes of our room. there’s also a 24 doctor on site which is amazing

the drinks were not strong and they were a bit pushy with selling their exclusive membership vip club. which is not cheap!

the food was great. there was tons of variety and the staff were super friendly and helpful. it was a big resort so you didnt feel crowded and the there was access to the pools and the beach.

The food was not that good and no food variety. Our bathroom has this weird smell like old pee and the air-conditioning was not cooling very well. Check in process it's chaos

The only 2 things that we didn't like was the construction going on at 7am next door to my room. I under stand they have to work but I was on VACATION and just really needed the sleep. Also, the transportation that takes us from our suite to the restaurants and events were taking over 30 minutes to arrive and when they did arrive they were full and we had to wait even longer.

Food, drinks, and ambience was GREAT. My friends went with us and it was their first time in D.R. and they LOVED it. They really really loved the food and ambience.

Long time waiting for check in. Only two towels in the room. Not small towels,

Location was good,but not mangu, one of the main plate of the country. American people love mangu.
