The kitchen cabinets and tools need an update. They are old and aren’t kept as clean as it should. The toilet broke down during our stay and despite promises of someone coming over to fix it, nobody showed up.

it’s a spacious, well located apartment facing the pool and ocean. The terrace is great.

The apt showed online it is not what you will get, the one assigned to me wasn’t the best, but it was ok. I had to go down in two different occasions to say something about the AC not working. Its a good place to stay but will be a good idea to present exactly what you will be getting.

I really enjoyed my stay, the view was amazing. The employees were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and very private. Beautiful sunset and amazing sunrise. Definitely will return.

The showers would get clogged when taking a bath and we had to wait for the water to drain.

Overall the apartment and the location were great. The administrator, Mr Lora was very attentive and the staff as well.

We had ants in our kitchen then some in one of the rooms. Alex was informed and attempted to fix the problem. The showers didn't have a curtain so the rugs got wet. I would suggest putting a curtain there.

Alex was an excellent host and answered all questions we had. The rooms were great and with a great view. Staff was also excellent and accommodating.

The rooms could have had a rack to place your luggage, although it had a large closet, one of the shelves was broken and you could not place any luggage on it. It would be nice to have two night tables. There was a small night table that did not match to anything.

The ocean view from the apartment was fantastic, the beach area very clean and secured.

The water heater was going out in the apartment so we had to take cold showers. Maintence came and fixed the problem for an hour then so one person in our family of 4 was able to take a warm shower.

Well stocked home with plenty of space between the 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean with an air conditioner to keep us cool outside.

We did come across some things which were unacceptable. There was water running in the cleaning room, the door handle was broken, windows, bathroom floors were unclean with hair stuck to the bathtub. Alex, the manager was awesome though and had a maintenance guy coming over who fixed the running water and the door handle right away. I don’t think I would stay at this apartment ever again though. Maybe at another apartment at the same building or another building next to it. The location is what sells but the place should be well maintained and clean nonetheless.

It’s a beautiful location- right on the ocean, great pool. The beach is shallow, however, and if you want to swim you would probably need to walk on the street for another 15-20 minutes. The views are breathtaking however as is the pool (great for long distance swimming)!

Apt 908 was dated, NOT clean. Microwave dirty. Lipstip on cups. Dishes dirty. Bathroom shower fixtures broken, mirror damaged, carpets and couches dirty. All fixtures dirty. Rusty in freezer, rusty garbage cans. NO dishwasher, as stated. Giant cockaroaches in apt. Apt not well cleaned or maintained.

Staff multi-lingual and friendly. Pool was clean. Bar, and Food Concession next to pool was convenient. Parking was a plus. View was good

This is like my fourth stay at this hotel and it is truly my favorite, I come back at least twice a year just to feel like home away from home, the staff is very helpful and the facilities I beautiful Alex is one of a kind and you must try the outdoor poolside Bar and Grill, a great addition

We were not able to swim in the ocean, it was very rocky on our beach and into the water.

The view from the balcony was spectacular.

No window in one of the bedrooms! And the other had only a tiny window high up on the wall. One bed super hard, the other bumpy and super soft. In the living room a much used IKEA sofa, and that was it except some high stools. The beach was smelly and muddy, and not very sandy. You had to drive or take a taxi to do anything- no restaurants or shops within walking distance, only a gas station and some local food stops.

Liked the pool and the terrace. Alex was also helpful.

This is timeshare which we did not know. Regrettably the people before us that stayed in the unit, were a disgusting bunch. Just so bad! Worst start to a vacation that should have been memorable.

I thought the flat had poor lighting. It could use with a couple of side lamps and side tables. The sofas in the living room were not too comfy and the TV is a bit too high (you feel like your neck is always up). The beach has lots of rocks so make sure you bring beach shoes.

The place is lovely. I really enjoyed the view and just being in the balcony was very relaxing. Communication with the host was very good and he was very kind. The flat is also very big which is a great thing when travelling with families and friends. There is no oven in the kitchen, but other than that there was not a problem with it.

Not all booked rooms were ready in time for check in. One of the rooms seemed to be not maintained at all (water hose disconnected in kitchen, washer and dryer disconnected, no hot water). Wifi very unstable and did not reach all rooms within apartments.

Great pool and beautiful beach just a few steps away.
