about reservations was some bad because make true the Booking.com make mistakes with numbers of members coming and when I call and talk to the reservation of punta cana they give the wrong price and I pay my kids like adults and they didn’t fix that I really like the hotel but be carful to book or reservations 🙏

More vegetarian food options should be there. Reservations for restaurants were impossible to do. Only buffet food was available without reservations. Marta helped so much and so as Jalin was very helpful.

It takes a while to get to the beach, 10-15 min walking, or you have to take the buggy to get there, which you need to wait at the certain area, and sometimes wait is longer comparing to walking. At the time of booking it was written free shuttle from /to the airport, which I tried to request in messages, however no answer. When I got there, I tried to call phone number on booking to request it, however it was auto answer, no real person on other end, no leave message available. Now I’m checking the description it says with charge. Their taxi is charging $40. Drive with their taxi was unpleasant experience for me this time.

The theme was great, and overall appearance is nice. Staff was amazing, Rosary at the front desk did all it takes to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Very professional and effective. Food was really good.

The buffet breakfast/dinner meals were not fantastic for example, the drinks were sugary of diluted, and you needed to have reserved the restaurants in the resorts early enough to have dinner there.

The resort was beautiful. It was just by the beach, so you could literally just go chill by the sand and beach which was perfect for me.

more variety in food every day. It was always the same. I was missing marmalade for breakfast, the fruits were not very ripe (sweet) The waiters/waitresses were not very fast and didn't always seem motivated. Cleanliness of room was just ok, could be better. Room cleaning was often only done in the late afternoon or after asking for it. (floor was sticky and oily, lime (chalk) in the bathroom was not taken care of. Lots of chairs in the shadow were already reserved before breakfast. It's not ok, especially as there are signs everywhere that indicate that it is not allowed! For me personally it was too much entertainment and way too loud! But I know that lots of tourists love that. The pool bar was efficient and the staff friendly! Overall the choice of drinks was good, quality of non-alcoholics rather poor. Not much choice and just "unhealthy" things except for water. We only ate at one of the à la carte restaurants as the others were fully booked already which was a bit of a disappointment.

Food was ok for buffet. They had Espresso in the morning, just needed to ask for it! I personally liked the bread, as there was a lot of variation! Cheese, Prosecco, salmon, fresh scrambled egg etc.! Really nice! Lunch and dinner had more or less the same choices every day. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The nights where quiet. Very nice pool area, always enough chairs at any time of the day. Food at the Circus Restaurant was actually much better than expected! It was really good!!! Entertainment for the little ones was great! The kids club was nice as well!

Beautiful well maintained installations, picturesque beach and swimming pool areas, lovely rooms - clean and sanitized. Absolutely hospitable personnel, helpful receptionists (although not speak English very well)

Room service menu was not great even though it was still free. The phone stopped working a couple days into our stay. Some of the live entertainment could have been better but nothing too negative. We wish we would have been notified by someone on staff at the check in / out desk that negative Covid tests are required to fly out of Punta Cana and that they offered them on the resort. We didn’t find out about this until we got to the airport where we almost missed our flight due to having to get a rapid test at the airport.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed 9 nights over Christmas and New Years 2021 at Bahia Principe Fantasia. It is a very large property. Fantasia is only 1 of 6 resorts on the same property. it was easy to get between all 6 properties. Easy access to the beautiful beach. All the pools were amazing. The buffet food / alcohol are on par with what you would expect from an all inclusive. All of the Al La Carte restaurants had realy good food. Fantasia is a great resort for families with children as well as a couple of the other Bahia Principe resorts onsite. A few of the other ones are catered more to adults but either way, no matter which resort you stay on, you will have access to all 6 resorts and they are all walkable even though there are rotating golf cart trains throughout all the resorts. Definitely recommend this place.

I’m not sure if it was because we are post pandemic or still in the mist of it but I realized there were a few things that normally make your stay more comfortable or pleasing that were missing for example: coffee maker in the rooms, TV Guide by the night stand, phone numbers to access in hotel services, room service menus, ice machine in the building. simple things you don’t normally think about that are very much needed while in a hotel with children
