the staff at the front desk was not as friendly and willing to help. When I booked a taxi, I was told one price and the driver charged me double. I was a returning customer and was expecting some appreciation. The restaurant's food quality went dramatically down, the Japanese was so bad that we left right after the appetizers and the soup. the French was way too salty in every meal. won't be going back for sure.

That the adult pools at amber closes at 6. We are adults. 9 pm should be of good time. They charged me for a room with a pool and then canceled. More than a week and I’m still waiting to be refunded and I paid for another room. I dislike that so many restaurants u could not eat at. That’s unfair. I think u should be able to use the entire premises. It’s not free

The activities are great and entertainment is at its best. Always something fun to do with the kids. The food was quite good ans with a large variety. The quality was OK give it was a buffet. The place is pretty and the kids really loved the castle and the night shows. The staff are very helpful, respectful, and super-well trained.

I loved the amenities and family environment in all places! All the staff were very attentive and willing to make you feel good. I appreciated so much the care and service at the kids club with Brady, Vielka and Ruth. The food in Maiko and Le Gourmet was excellent too!

My shower had a leak that was attempted twice to fix but wasn't, toliet handle was cracked and hard to flush, the plugs didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work all had to be replaced. The curtain handle was broken. The stairs coming down from show area at bottom had a big incline where you almost fall forward. My mother's key had to be replaced 3 times, it would just stop working. Some of the front desk staff would keep interrupting while we are speaking. The other parties in my group paid 1399 for there room , which I was booked for also , but for some reason it changed to 1900 and than .21cent I had to pay. Had friends coming in December, but had them change to a different resort. To many things wrong with room, plus at the price I paid not worth it. Definitely worth 1399 but not 1900.

The pool floor is very slippery, the buffet food is okay most of the time.

The room was not the castle view but it was silence all the time. Two full bed and one sofa bed. It was clean, excellent A/C, showers, space, mini-bar always full, beach clean water, happy and nice staffs. The a la carte options are good. Totally recommend this place.

The beds were uncomfortable. I rented for two full beds and get one king and two sofa for the kids. Those were very uncomfortable. I will ask for a big ass fans added to the theater. It is really hot during the shows. The shows are not the best ones I have seen. I recommend to review the shows, specially the lion king. The princess show was good.

The facility could use some standard maintenance in some areas, that didn't look too appeasing. Small things like caulk or rust and the Teens Center is strong of mold smell.

The ability to move from 1 property to the other was nice. The events were great, at the pool and the Pueblito. The staff at the Circus restaurant was amazing for our private dinner. The were extremely accommodating & attentive.

We could hear everything going on outside of the room door, but is not completely their fault, I would wish some guests were more considerate and keep it quiet in the hallways.

Everything! We made reservations for the à la carte restaurants through the website before arriving (registration to their loyalty program first is mandatory) and we got an amazing culinary experience everyday. Our 3-year-old loved the food, the beach, and all the activities in the pools, it was so easy to keep him busy. It's our second time in Punta Cana and we will always come back, Dominicans are so warm and friendly, our child always felt welcomed by them.
