We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI don’t think this is the property issue but we have terrible AC in our room. Everything was wet so the AC doesn’t dry the air at all. Not comfortable and the staff couldn’t fix it.
Nice location, friendly staff nothing wrong with property. We were there before but this time we booked swimup room. It was great to have private lounge chairs and pool access from the room.

United StatesI wish you could make reservations for a large group in advance of your stay. We were traveling with a group and couldn't get reservations as a group no matter what night or time we tried. I also wish there was a way to make the bathroom area more private. The tub is set up in a romantic way but there should be a curtain or other way to add privacy for the times when you want more.
The room was very nice. We enjoyed the food and drinks. The location was beautiful. We would recommend it to our friends or family if they were looking for a place to stay in Punta Cana.

United StatesThe food is meh. My husband ended up getting food poisoning. Le Gourmet for colonial club members took an hour to come out, and the food was cold. Our rooms air conditioning was mediocre. The vendors on the beach are quite bothersome.
Pools are nice and the beach is beautiful. The workers are super nice and always smiling. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious, except for the bathrooms.

United StatesUnfortunately, my husband and I lost a lot of sleep due to thin walls (you can hear everything outside).It was very noisy and loud outside late at night. Check-in took forever even though we did a E check in. Food was mediocre, overall it was a hit or miss. Lastly, the vendors trying to sell stuff to you while trying to enjoy the beach was insane and non stop. That made it hard to enjoy the beach and relax.
The beach was beautiful and clean. The staff made sure you were well taken care of. They offered you drinks anywhere and everywhere! Housekeeping was wonderful and came when requested.

United KingdomHandicapped room not available on first day despite written confirmation. Room needs update and better cleaning which is not consistent. Sun beds are left with towels on them by the pool and on the beach for hours. This needs addressing. A ramp should be installed on the beach as it is otherwise difficult to access for disabled. When contacting reception over the phone, they sometimes fail to address requests. Restaurants which don't need booking are already max capacity 5 min after opening. I can only gather some tourists 'book' them unofficially.
Smiley and kind staff, some exceptional. Large rooms and huge swimming pool. Lots of bars, never crowded. Live music every evening and entertainment team always top. Restaurant buffet is very efficient. Big thank you to Marisol. She's been very kind to us.

I loved the layout of the resort. I loved how walkable and convenient the everything was. The staff was very nice except for a few exceptions. I loved the food, they cook very well there and I enjoyed the food immensely. The Butler service was great and it was helpful having my butler Yoel who was awesome. I would recommend being in the colonial club because of the convenience of having a butler and for the proximity to the beach. The animation team were fun and did a good job with the evening entertainment.

Trinidad and TobagoBreakfast and dinner at the Supreme Buffet Restaurant were great, lots of variety. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. At breakfast on the last day of my stay one of the waitresses brought a hibiscus and inserted it in my fiance's hair.......beautiful. Service at the other restaurants was great as well. The attendants at the lobby bar were great and kept us going throughout our stay. Rooms and premises in general are very well maintained.
