As has been noted in other reviews, the hotel lacks the amount of entertainment you would expect from a resort of this size. We were disappointed that during the night there wasn't a whole lot to do or see. Not something that would impact us staying again, but it would be beneficial if they could expand their entertainment during the nights.

They have a great location and very comfortable rooms. There is a nice variety of restaurants and the staff in general were very friendly.

I wa disapointed that when I got to restaurants or bars they didnt have what I wanted, even if they had it in their menus. Example: I went to the only restaurant that required reservation, I thought that I will have the best experience. But I order to entrees and a main course that they had in their menu and they told that were sold out or somehting like that.

I did not like the drinks provided. I did not like that a hotel of this caliber serves drinks in plastic cups . I did not lile the beach . I disliked that many of the restaurants were closed. I disliked the entertainments provided . The team is nice, but they lack programs and skills .

I will get this facility 10 in a few more months but right now for the money, it is a 9, choices of food needs to improved, I asked for a beer and the only one available was Coors light, the beer “presidente” should be available always. I ordered a steak with baked potatoes, the steak was great, I questioned the mini potatoes it was the size of a small lemon, I was offered to order another one but the point is that this should never happens in a hotel of this magnitude. More activities are needed during the day and night to keep the us involved: Dancing, play merengue, bachata and teach those who want to learn, show them our culture, it is so great, they will love it; if you go to Hawaii, they show you how to dance their music, so when someone comes to visit our country show them our music. Make tour to the Market available for a small fee dropped them and pick them up 2 or 3 hours later.

The facility is a beautiful design in a safe environment, what I like the most about the facility was the people, very friendly and courteous whom went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, always with a smile, we are very pleased with all of them which are too many to mention by name.

The one thing that was a bit uncomfortable was a sales presentation. I must say that it seemed like it was just suppose to be an introduction to the facilities but it quickly became a sales presentation which made me feel uncomfortable.

My room had a balcony with a view of the ocean. It was great to wake up and look out at the serene water every morning. The food was fabulous and the staff was there to help you with anything.

They advertise beachfront hotel with private beach, but there is no beach. The one they show on the pictures is full of rocks. You cannot swim there.

Maybe one more restaurant could be available just to add a little more variety for those who are visiting for a week or more. Also, there could be a night club or casino and better nighttime entertainment. The resort is relatively new and somewhat far from the main road which omits convenient site seeing and cultural experience, so hopefully the nearby undeveloped land outside of the resort will add more offsite activities or entertainment. I'm not a sit-by-the-pool-and-lay-on-the-beach-all-day kind of person. Even though the weather was beautiful, there was a hurricane watch that canceled water excursions so I was a little bored at times. There could be beachfront excursions and activities at the resort to enhance the stay.

The food was absolutely delicious! Staff was super friendly and made my 55th birthday special and memorable. Everywhere you looked was a beautiful view and the grounds were impeccable.
