-the position advertised on booking is not accurate. The hotel is 500m away from that position, but still a good area, with private beach. -food could be better -personnel insists on calling a taxi, which will then charge you almost 10 usd for 2-3km /2 miles.

The beach outside the hotel vicinity was heavily polluted with debris and plastic in general. Even though it may not be in the responsibility of the hotel, the hotel must push the municipality to have this tidied up.

Poor variaty of seafood. The clams were not hot or cold, they got bad, luckily i didn't get food poison from eating them. I'm not sure if they know that seafood has to be within a temperature range or it would go bad. I was hoping to eat some shrimp, but it was never on the buffet. There is a lot of potential in there also a lot of opportunities.

The rooms were very comfortable. The price was very affordable. The staff were very helpful all the time, always willing to help.

We would have loved snack and drink service poolside and on the beach. Room was adequate but could have been more spacious. Safe for personal valuables was broken and rusty.

Currently undergoing renovations in certain areas. Some of the facilities needed updating and extensive cleaning. The shower drains weren’t that good so the water would build up. The VIP lounge is a vibe but should be Adults only. That’s what we expected when we booked the VIP package but we still enjoyed it.

The location was close to the airport and surrounding local areas. The staff was amazing especially Jamaliee with guest services. The food experience with the exception of the specialty dining started out blah the first day but definitely got better by the end of our stay. The mediterranean and Brazilian restaurants were delicious.

Had a couple encounters with staff where I was disrespected or spoken to with attitude . Sometimes I would ask questions and the staff would say rude things in Spanish that may be because I am white skin but fully Dominican so I definitely understood what was being said . In the Mexican Restaurant , called Órale at the resort the guy taking our order did not even let me finish ordering completely and he quickly left and when I called him back he said if I didn’t get to order or look at the menu in time it was over . I Feel this is so disrespectful especially for a place you have to make a reservation there to eat . Anywhere you make a reservation I expected high respect and good service . Me and my wife were very disappointed . Also the communication between the staff is nonexistent I was told at the lobby to go to the vip lounge so I can make a next day reservation for a restaurant and when I arrived at the vip lounge I was told reservations were not made at the vip lounge . It was very much a waste of time . The night prior we did not get to make a reservation because the front desk people said reservations were made at 9am and when we got there they were fully booked for all restaurants. We then asked someone else and found out reservations start at 8 am . These people need to work on their communication and do their job better . Besides that everything else was good.

The staff do the best they can, they really good. But the variety and quality of food is really bad.

The check-in process was very slow, more personal is needed to avoid long lines. Our rooms weren't ready when they gave us the keys, and there were issues with the phone, tv and coffee machine in the room, but they sent staff to fix these.

The beach and pool were great, as well as the rooms. The instalations were really clean and well organized.
