Dining time was 2hrs every day. We arrived at 6pm sharp and always left at 8pm and for us that is two late. It was because of the service. In the Buffet, the food was good and good variety. However there is a lot of food contamination as not everything have its own spoon to serve. So you have to use the same for more than one food option. The checkin process was very long, and when we were leaving there was no one in front desk. We had to look for someone to get someone to talk to us.

Like the different options for Dining included. The food taste was really good. Pools were great. Room was comfortable. One waitress helped me with my stomach flu. The entertainment was good. I enjoy watching the kids show.

I’m not a fan of all inclusive stays mainly because of the other guests. Many were rude to the staff for little things. We overheard other resort stayers arguing over little things. We were a large group so it was hard to find a decent pool set-up. So many people left their belonging on a group of chairs, claiming them, but weren’t seen using them. Staff could help regulate this a little more and clean up the chair that had already been used.

Huge resort with lots to do. Food was better than expected at the Buffett. The only restaurant we tried was the Italian one. It had decent food but more importantly, a decent, non-stop flow of local red wine.

The initial checking in to the resort and how many people I had to be directed to in order to verify my confirmation. I had emails with verification yet the front desk could not accommodate my booking. It was very stressful and made my anxiety level rise. It was an experience I would not wish upon anyone traveling outside of their country.

Overall the decor is very nice and peaceful...the hotel itself is immaculate. However the selection of food from the buffet wasn't as nice as other resorts yet I love the resort.

Hotel was great and my daughter had a great time. However, they lied about having a disco/lounge for adults. The disco is a bar with an arcade. Another issue I had was the bathroom smelled terrible whenever I turned off the AC, two of the restaurants on the resort are not included in the all inclusive package and the food options for children could be a little better. Overall my stay was good besides those small complaints the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed myself.

The room was not soundproof as I could hear the flusing of toilets,talking next door and light at the crease of my door. The long wait to get into the restaurants after being told I don't need reservations when I could have made it piror and skip the long lines.

I liked the buffet (alot of tasty options),the staff (cleaner: Rosanna, Sorriany and the other hosts at the buffet, David at entertainment & Hamsel bellman), the splash park, the kids club, great job Luna, Rose and others

it was not what we expected. the details about the hotel are not clear and there were many limits between one hotel and the other part. Limited restaurants for dinner.

King bed wasn’t available the first day. Dining room could use new tables and chairs. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Iron in room needed replacement. Automate check in process to make faster. Should not have to write info on paper.

King bed rooms was nice and clean. Food was good with nice variety. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The resort is bored. Theres not much to do. Beside the water park and they close at 5. Everything is far, you have to wait for the train and it takes for ever.

The location. Clean, staff very nice. To rest and to sleep is perfect. The rooms were big enough.

staff wasn’t very helpful, almost got double charged for the culinary experience had to wait an hour before they decided that I was telling the truth, even though I showed them the bank statement. I reserved a Cabana but wasn’t available because they were moved to the other resort. they tried to make up for it but it was mid afternoon by this time (free of charge) at that point I was over it.
