The juices, and waiting time in restaurants. The hotel porters did not appear, and I had to carry my suitcases to the room myself, and look for the room myself. There is not activities at night.

Was bad, The juices tasted horrible, I don't know what was happening, but even the freshly blended ones tasted bad, like old fruits.

Strong smell of sewage throughout the property Staff was generally unhelpful. Meals were chaotic due to lack of utensils, coffee and water were difficult to procure, and pool staff was largely nonexistent. Casino was lackluster at best: a few slot machines and automated roulette table. Cashout vouchers didn’t work. The whole affair was pretty sad. Beachfront setup was a mess of chaises that were impossible to secure due to lack of organization. Buffet food was decent but the restaurants (Italian and Mexican) were subpar. There were vendors selling excursions accosting people right outside the buffet. It felt gross to have to hear a pitch right as you’re trying to get a meal.

The location was beautiful and rooms were decent size and fairly comfortable

There are lots of differences between Royalton Punta Cana and Royalton Splash, The services, the drinks, the food... All is too different. It should be almost the same

Housekeeping and noise

We experienced leaks from the shower above us. It was the noisiest room I ever had with doors slamming and people loud in hallway. The best was it rained and the floor flooded by dirty water seeping up through the floor. The answer was to throw towels to disk it up and proceed to leave them till the next day. Not sure what we were exposed to. Got sick when we got home.

Saw cockroches on stairwell and in room me and my kids got food poisoning twice as well as many others on the resort, first room was stinking of mould and damp. We moved to second room toilet constantly blocked and we kept being locked out

The air conditioning did not work for most of my trip I was hot & uncomfortable in my room had headaches, had to use my asthma pump & bathe way to many times at night to remain somewhat cool. For the price I paid this was uncalled for.

The staff was not kind, also all place were we moved someone was complaining about something, wether it was a partner no doing what he was supposed to, or complaining about having to work extra hours, or something similar. The education and the attention of the staff was terrible.

The Food and the accommodations were fine, think could be better compared to others similars hotels.
