Hotel had a nice little restaurant, nice menu for lunch and dinner. I had flight next morning so just wanted to relax and get caught up on the computer in the room. Went to the restaurant for lunch and the waitress was the worst example of a servant that anyone could imagine. Her behavior was insulting. 1 hour to get my meal. was not what was on menu. Then to add insult to injury she gave me a bill for 890 peso for a 570 peso meal, with 18% tax. I questioned the price and she rudely said "Tax". When I said I would not pay 890 she totally went crazy. A spanish patron interjected and spoke to her a few times while she went crazy. She turned around and basically threw a 570 peso "la cuenta, por favor" at me. This was the hotel waitress. Young gal.

location close to airport for flight next morning at 6. Actually, went for a walk after the restaurant incident and there are a couple nice stores to buy a rummer, coke, ice, chips, fruit , greasy fried chicken all very close.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk tried to fool me for the price with different excuses such as WEB or Boooking.com problems but I told him that if he wasn't going to charge me the price indicated in my reservation, I was leaving the place right away so he went to see his boss and was back within a minute to agree on the reservation price. No hot water.

I requested, a lower floor. Unfortunately, I was two floors above. I have severe arthritis, I am 83 next month, and the stairs were miserable. It's possible, they may not have been able to put me on the main floor .

The staff were very helpful. They helped me with my luggage, upon arrival and departure. Kudos to the young men.

I didn’t have breakfast it was a overnight stay because our flight was canceled. The noise was at a 50% a church service was next door so we asked to be on the opposite site, didn’t know it was to the road moving traffic overall is was a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was quite good, although I had to ask to change room to get one with A/C, as it is not a standard. I was there just for one night, so didn't expect the fireworks, but it served it's purpose

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and the concierge wanted to let us have the room for twice as much as what was stated on the Booking confirmation. It took us 3/4 of an hour for him to accept that the confirmation was a contract that he had to fulfill. It was a big disappointment to argue with the porter at night.

the staff was disrespectful ,so they accused me of stealing a tv remote. while I didn't even use the TV because I couldn't find the remote that night. It seems they knew about it before they accused me of stealing the remote. I feel embarrassed because they asked me to open my suitcase and they found nothing in my suitcase. It was the worst experience I've had since staying at a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because they do not respect customers, and the customer service is very bad

There was a technical problem with the water supply. The price in booking.com and the finally paid price at the location were differing almost 10€

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly. The staff were addressing issues, like the technical problem with the water supply, in an instant after bringing it to their attention in the morning.
