I did travel with some friends who had problems with their rooms unfortunately. It got resolved the next day.

The property was beautiful! We were welcomed by staff. Driven around to the preferred club as I had booked a preferred room. Got a drink. Had snacks. Preferred club was great.

The location was very remote off a dark lit road with too many speed bumps that even when driven slowly could cause damage to most cars or scooters. Trucks or large SUVs would do better over those high speed bumps. My family and I didn't enjoy all the tiny ants living around bathroom sink and kitchenette area near coffee machine. I didn't like how dirty the floors were when we first checked into our room. It wasn't until the following days that housekeeping mopped the dirty floors clean. The toilet room door was stained and needed a good scrubbing. Please scrub the doors and floors clean.

I did like the robes, slippers, beverages, bottled water, fruit, chocolates left in the room for us to enjoy. I enjoyed having room service with no additional charge as it was all-inclusive. Lots of activities available near the pools, tons of food options, great latin and american music and beautiful beach to enjoy.

The rooms need better sound proofing. The various fruit juices were watered down. The door to my room was difficult to open and close.

Event planning does not meet expectations. We traveled for a birthday and signed up for the most expensive birthday package. We ended up calling our personal butler multiple times to get a proper birthday cake and some balloons that were promised. One would expect the hotel to do a better job of making people happy for their events.

Beautiful spot with decent facilities like pool and restaurants. The private pool in the room was great and it was close to the main exclusive pool and bar. The service at the pool area and restaurants is good.

The food at the main cafe and restaurant could be better - at least in other dreams hotels we have visited was better. Some of the other restaurants were excellent, though

Very good facilities. Our Booking concierge, Joel, was excellent, always ready to help, immediate response. The beach personnel was also very good - kudos to Feliciano at the beach bar, and Vida, at the towel station. The personnel at some of the restaurants was not always super friendly (many were very friendly) but they seemed overworked and under a lot of stress. But they were always correct.

1.We were not informed about the the "towel rule" over a Breathless and were not treated kind when we asked for towels 2. We only saw and heard from our concierge on the first and last day, he never checked in on us for anything, quite disappointing. 3.Wish they were true pickleball courts to accommodate guests

The layout. I wish the eating area was more in the middle of the property. We struggled to get to breakfast the first day. Also, the pull out mattress in our room needed to be replaced, don’t even try to clean it.

Rooms needed updating, furniture were damage and the hot tube rusting just a bit outdated, room had a moldy smell.

Well kept, clean, staff was very friendly and good service. Overall 9 out of 10, we have a really nice time there.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and also the napkins that was used wasn’t replaced,I had to called maintenance to fix the closet and the sliding door didn’t work

The food stations close early at 11pm And if they had a snack one that was open late it was limited, could had more stuff like chips, pizza, tacos , other food options. I was also at breathless side for it to be adult only the entertainment was limited. More r n b music, pool party was not entertained , should be music playing all day & better fun options for adult only spot

check-in process was horrible. We got there at noon and our room wasn’t ready until after 3, but nowhere said that check in was at 3 or later, so we just sat in the lobby unable to enjoy our first day. The food also was pretty bad. A lot of the meat at the special restaurants was undercooked, and the buffet was hit or miss. On the beach, there was a lot of vendors that kept harassing you to buy massages, pictures with iguanas/parrots and other goods, instead of respecting your time to leave you alone.

Drinks were for the most part bottom shelf and even the premium/preferred package didn't get us top shelf liquor. Best scotch you could get was regular Buchannan's. Not thrilled with the bar....have seen much better. Food was good but not great. It was a hit and miss. For the most part the only option for breakfast and lunch was the buffet (aside from a few beach spots with burgers and hot dogs but nothing really good). At the buffet a few plates were really good but some others were not good at all. Food I would rate a 7/10. The best food I got at the Steakhouse.

I liked the service and the facilities. Everything was very nice and the concierge was Excellent.

wedding receptions being held in the middle of the family side of the resort - blasting music until 10pm- no care about anyone else. when the resort started to become full, buffet items would run out in the morning hours before closing, line ups for a La carte dining, water was soooooo cold. my daughter was 1/2” under the high requirement and couldn’t go down the slides (she is not a “frail” built girl either - we should have been able to sign a waiver saying we accept responsibility - the slides were a main reason we went). all bars were closed by midnight on the family side, even in the lobby.
