The food was always cold. Also for Sunday there was no dinner buffet and all the restaurants had a hour wait plus there were so many weddings it was large groups of people sitting together which made the wait longer

The staff was okay , could of been nicer. But overall hard workers who tried their best to answer my questions as best as they could. Also ALL the bartenders were Amazing !! They were my best part of the trip

I loved everything but if I could choose one thing it would be the toilets. Speaking for women with longer nails for vacation, the press down button on the toilet was a bit challenging.

“Coupons” provided to us did not apply because of too many exclusions. Willie at concierge gave us wrong information about the Hyatt presentation prize. Staff were not accommodating of requests. Staff gave wrong information about facilities/services. Food was bland.

Honestly I liked everything about this resort don’t walk to book this resort run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️I will definitely back . It was my birthday 🎉 I really enjoyed the club at the breathless we had a really good time

I enjoyed de food . The Italian restaurant is everything everything was so good , the staff were so friendly. The staff , the club , the restaurant, the bars we enjoyed everything and honestly they really got good service

some staff had bad behavior and didn't exude pleasantly. I said we spoke English there were times no one spoke English and could assist.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there weren’t very much food options after 11, there was only a coffee shop open. Room service is over by 11 and that was the only thing I didn’t like.

I loved the overall experience with the resort, everyone was exceptional and very nice. The food was great especially the steak house. Great resort

Our room was dirty, there were 50+ mosquitos in our room when we arrived, dirty bathroom/shower and the food was almost inedible. Not to mention, my daughter caught hand, foot and mouth disease at this resort. Would not recommend.

The hostile taxi cab drivers when arriving at the airport. It had nothing to do with the resort, but make sure you have schedule your transportation from the airport to the resort through booking.com, otherwise you will be swarmed with taxi people trying to get you in their cars. And you want to stay safe, so schedule with booking. That way you know you will be taken directly to the resort.

The food options for a Vegan were about 70 percent of what they served which fit into my regular eating routine. The resort was so beautiful and clean. The restaurant options you can pick from for weeks. Stayed there 10 days and hated to leave.

I paid for a butler that never responded to me, room wasn’t too clean, food was disgusting, no top shelf liquor. preferred members have to pay to use the cabana beds at the preferred pool area.

booking advised 12am check in, I arrived 2pm and they advised check in was at 3pm, waied for 3pm and went to the counter at 3:15pm room wasnt ready, they ended getting a room nearly around 4pm. Total unorganized

Surprisingly no jacuzzi by the pools hot tub restaurant food could have been a little better little bit further out from the Vero Beach and punta Cana area but overall Beach was nice

The food wasn’t good . And they kept running out of breakfast food. My phone kept not working so I had to keep going to the front desk for room service. A total inconvenience.

I did not like the fact that there was no reservations for the restaurants. This caused major waiting time. One night we didn't eat until 10:30 pm.

The room was beautiful. The pools were great. Loved the buffet. Staff was very helpful.
