The food was so good. And rooms are very clean and comfortable. But ALL THE STAFF is very bad. Always looking bad and limiting the drinks. Even a glass of water.

Check in time : I waited in line for over an hour to check in and there was only 3 people ahead of me.my bathroom door was broken when I arrived and could not lock they never sent anyone until the 2nd day of my stay

Iiked the fresh omlet station I wished some of the choices for breakfast changed it was the same thing everyday

The pool in the front was cloudy and uninviting. Checkin took 2 hours (way too long). Felt badgered to get a massage or do a presentation. Had a group birthday dinner that took 4 hours because the staff tried to bamboozle us into paying $85 per lobster tail after changing the price multiple times. Food at restaurant near the beach was not good. Literally gave us tuna out of the can. Challenging making reservations for any of the specialty restaurants. Shower was good but sprayed water all over the floor because of the half door. No washcloths were provided.

The beach was nice though it had a lot of seaweed. The water was gorgeous. I like that there were multiple pools. The room was also nice and spacious. Buffet was good. Love that they have golf carts to take you back and forth when needed. We were in building 11 far from the beach so it made a difference.

We had an issue with the air conditioning caused by the employee who set it too low at our arrival, the AC unit kept working and stopped on the third day and leaked water all over the wall and the floors. It was finally fixed but needed multiple calls. The maintenance staff needs to communicate better.

The resort is very clean. The beach is beautiful.

the food was overall "not great" but worse than that 4 people I know including myself got violently sick; at first I thought it was food poisoning since I was the first one to get sick and no one else ate what I ate, but now 3 other people are sick and one was going to the hospital last night; it is believed we all contracted the norovirus; missed an entire day of vacation in my room throwing up and with diarrhea

Resort was very nice, water and beach were gorgeous and Booking.com was FABULOUS as was the transportation service we used - Hello International

It often took a while to get a drink, usually 10-30 minutes, even with tipping the bartenders throughout our stay. The bars would also frequently run out of kinds of alcohol as early as 12pm. We did not mind as much because we are not picky, however for an all inclusive this was the only negative.

The staff were all very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The rooms were nice and exceeded my expectations. There were security guards and cameras everywhere making us feel very safe. The food was what you would expect but all very eatable and we all had no complaints in comparison to what we heard and saw from other resorts. Overall I would recommend this resort!

Room s were spacious , tired and lacked attention around the edges . The cleaning regime was patchy - noting some days ladies hair on the floor then other days not ( We have short shaved hair) however If you increased the tip the room was cleaned better - yet the rooms were comfortable. Tipping fatigue has hit this resort - For many staff you're not tipping for an excellent service provided but you are tipping to get a service . You could see staff glancing at hands to see if Tips were coming and then that would depend on how good the service was or not. Staff not involved in the tip chain were excellent -

The grounds, Reception area , beach , restaurants excellent . Food varied with an excellent choice of fish, meat and vegetables and excellent choice of sweets. Pool and entertainment staff energetic and welcoming. The restaurants and food was good - not excellent - with a good selection of restaurants . Pool areas and public areas well maintained and the pool cleaned and tested frequently.

The spa was extra. Archery was hard to find. Other than that, everything was great! Wifi kept going in and out when I wasn’t in the room (breakfast, dinner, beach, etc).

Our own beach, spacious rooms, plenty of food and drinks options. Very clean, lots of things to do, staff was patient with non-Spanish speaking clients. Friendly staff, great housekeeping

Ran out of things at the bars and service at the buffet was almost non existent but we were ok with getting our own drinks.

Beautiful beach lined with palm trees. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Suite was large and air conditioning was nice and cold. Royal level made our trip!!
