The location of our room was a long distance walk but we managed to find a short cut thanks to one of the staff lol. Put DND sign on door but cleaner came in anyhow and did not put back the towels when they took them out.

Beautiful resort! We will definitely visit again. The rooms were clean and set up very nice upon entry they have gifts in the rooms for you (slippers, tote bag, beach supplies for the kids) The staff was also very kind and the food was good & authentic.

Our room was far from every where long walk to take hotel trains and the swimming pool to and the Mexican restaurant and Brazilian restaurant the food was terrible

There are many issues related to room layout / design that didn’t work for us… i.e. you cannot open the bathroom door without hitting the inside doors dividers, some spaces are too narrow and it’s difficult for a family with kids to manage, no place for hanging your wet clothes/swimming suits, ambient lights placed on top of the bed (right in the middle) others out of reach, Princess Family is close to certain pools designed for kids which is great, but certainly too far from beach front. Funny fact: main buffet food quality is better than having a reservation on its restaurants.

We loved the beach; it is for sure one of the best beach options to travel in Punta Cana / Bavaro. Kids have certainly areas to play and have fun, including a kids club on the beach. If you love to stay at the beach, this will satisfy needs and expectations… clear water, white sand and large beach shore to walk in. Good to mention that it’s a long run from the Princess Family Hotel areas to the beach, those are located on opposite sides of the hotel.

Was very difficult to get chairs at pool or beach because people leave towels and go back to their room. Borys at Cappucino Cafe was rude to me and I witnessed him be rude to other guests as well. The restaraunts were excellent. The smell of the lobby in Wasbani/Teppanyaki was revolting.

The staff was amazing! Franklin was especially great and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The kids pool and Common pool were not well cleaned. I could Not get a reservation at any speciality dining. Food quality has decreased over the years

i didn’t not like the first day reservation of restaurant, the check in its @3pm & the restaurant dinner reservation closed at 3pm . didn’t like the system on how the first night we couldn’t reserved dinner. and end it up at the buffet …(the food was great tho @ the restaurant ). they also need to work ASAP on the transportation that took for ever , they need more consistent on transportation: there were full & took for EVER! and lastly the rooms refrigerator were we stay wasn’t working : any welcome stock supply were HOT; including water , juice, soda ,milk we couldn’t drink anything . they need to fix those small room refrigerator or get new one . ooh and please fix the pub game machine kids can barely play there . those game needs to be repair & maintenance.

The staff who welcome us at the lobby i wish i could it remember he’s name ; but the dominican guy was great he did our check-in ..he was really courteous and happy. the breakfast lady’s her name was jany and her work partner those lady’s were awesome . the pools were good and the beaches ;) , love the pub karaoke ;)

Was a nice experience, food was hit or Miss… buffet was same thing everyday for breakfast and lunch… 🤦‍♂️. Room was spacious and we loved it. Staff were ok… but if ur not careful they will be looking for tips all the time… front desk had some hustlers but that’s for another review.

the fact you had to make reservations for the dining restaurants. how far the beach was from our hotel. the refrigerator did not work in our room so our drinks were not cold. the people who were selling timeshares. the air conditioner was not functioning properly so it would turn on/off constantly.

The amount of food was nice. the people were nice. the property had everything so I did not have to travel out to do other activities.

Room floor was sweating all the time due to the air conditioner being kept cold, meaning it was dangerous for kids to walk over the room, meaning I needed to use some towels to make it a bit safer. Cleaning personnel got mad with this and threatened to charge the towel price at the checkout, totally unnecessary. Shower needed to be adjusted because the water steam was very low. Minibar (fridge) was empty when was supposed to be full and included, we needed to call about 4 times for them to finally come and fill it in (at the night of the arriving day).

Great environment for the family, kids specially. Nice food, nice views and restaurants, great staff, nice parking structure and receipt.

there were a few minor things that could be improved such as the room door handle being very easy to open by a 3 yr old toddler. I suggest having a lock on top to prevent any toddlers from opening the door. the toilet had a smell that others pointed out too. it’s a bit of a septic smell. maybe have a candle or incense in there? the property is HUGE and while we enjoyed walking back from the beach to the water slides at the family location, the roads ok the property aren’t very pedestrian/friendly. There were several trucks, motorbikes and shuttle buses going by on the same road/walkway which made it a bit uneasy walking with 2 toddlers. I suggest having a separate walkway just for pedestrians? please.good night

I appreciated the staff so much at this resort. they were super welcoming from the reception to the waitresses to the cleaning people to the taxi guys. they also acknowledged our toddlers over and over making them feel so welcomed. The room was superb! it had a bunk bed for the kids with an extra pull out bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. the beach was close, the animals around the property made it fun for the kids, the food was decent (I’m from NYC so nothing really impresses me much with food), the water slides were fun for the kids and the hotel was fully accessible to navigate with a stroller.

My son didn’t really like the kid area. We paid a lot of money to be there and half the slides were blocked off. The rooms don’t offer very much noise control and we were surrounded by crying babies.

The rooms are very spacey and the bathroom is a good size. My son and I liked the swim out pool and the big pool by the beach. The variety of restaurants was excellent.

The activities were never consistent something always happened and they were cancelled. Also the evening show I felt was a little late for children who were at the beach all day maybe they should start a little earlier. Also we don’t speak Spanish so our kids were never offered. at kids activities.

The property was beautiful, rooms, restaurants, etc were all nice and clean. Hispaniola Buffet employee Freddie was AMAZING there was nothing he wouldn’t do for guests. Beach was great maybe a few more beach chairs would be helpful but it was awesome!

The hotel doesn’t do anything to avoid people blocking the sun chairs early in the morning. So even if you come to the pool at 9 am, 100% of the sun chairs with a umbrella are blocked with towels and people show up around noon time. Problem could be solved in providing more umbrellas for the size of the hotel.
