Food at the themed restaurants is subpar. Additionally, the infrastructure is quite old. The disco has no vibe whatsoever.

The staff at the lobby/reception was extremely professional and helpful. The water park and the pool party were both great. We loved it there.

Very easy to navigate the property and always plenty of beach chairs available. One of the best beaches in the Caribbean—soft sand, good swimming area and gentle waves. Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly! The kids had plenty of things to do. This is a great destination for groups with different ages.

I didn’t like the fact that the waterpark was out of order which was kind of disappointing because that’s the main reason I booked this hotel. So in a way I felt like I lost because there were other hotels with the same amenities, and I chose not to book with them because they didn’t have a waterpark. It would be nice if hotels would put this information on their website or notify booking that their water parks are not in order.

The food was great, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I also liked that. They decorated the room for my daughter‘s birthday.

The facilities are a bit dated.

It is a beautiful location. Hotel is a little dated as I expected. The food was fine. I never expect excellence at an all inclusive. The staff was generally quite friendly, the weight staff was hit or miss sometimes. It is really a value, but I would say that the entertainment was lacking. The beach was beautiful.

Couldn’t use the Jacuzzi on our deck for three days due to the drain not being able to close. Called several times but didn’t get resolved for three days. Had to flush the toilet in the room by taking the top off the tank and manually pulling the plug…no one came to repair it. Had strangers in our Jacuzzi (once it was finally fixed), took Security a long time to come and chase them out.

We were unable to get a room suitable for my husband who has mobility problems. No grab bars in shower or toilet. They did give us a room near the lift and there was a walk in shower.

Really enjoyed the meals that were excellent. The beach is beautiful with lots of games and classes through the day. Lovely pool. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpgul.

The food lunch/dinner was bad. I don’t like that they don’t have shuttles to take you to their entrance since they didn’t allow taxi on the property you have to take a cab to the entrance to meet your transportation, which is very senseless.

The place was to die for. The place is amazing the pool party, the beach. The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent! It’s the only food I enjoyed really. The food was bad.

Cons: - very little ameneties in room. No extra towel, no new conditioner after the first one was used up. Nothing extra as you would get in similar allinn's - the staff was extremely unkind and was expecting a tip for literally everything. Even the towel guy! I went to thr poolbar to get myself a coke and was treated rude cause usually people from the States tip for every drink so they expect you too. Issue is I don't want to tip just yo get them smiling to you. It should be the other way around: you tip because you get a good service. - open buffet restaurant was limited in choice - aquapark is located far as it is shared with 5other riu hotels, our kids didn't like the slides either, so it was an unnecessary walk in the end - no lifeguards at the pool or sea Summarized, when compared to all in hotels in other countries I found this one below the average. Itwas not bad, but was less than others.

Pros: - very nice beach - many a la carte restaurants free of charge - nice lobby area with bar & cafe to sit and relax - if there's roomavailable option to late checkout for small fee - nice pool

I hated the quality of the room. The room is in need of an urgent upgrade. There were tacky patch work that was such a turn off. My clothes got bleached out and damaged when I visited to the wellness and spa center. Apparently they just cleaned the pool with chlorine and didn't provide a warning. I hated the initial non responsiveness of the hotel. I hated the hustling on the beach. I couldn't enjoy the beach in peace. My biggest turn-off was the experience in the room. I wouldn't spend a day there. This was my first time visiting a hotel and not ordering room service.

The staff was good. Food options were great. The parties were good too. I appreciated the thoughtfulness after the initial nonresponsiveness of the hotel.

Good all inclusive, the food could be better at the buffet but the staff was excellent.

The first night was a bit noisy, it was a little hard falling asleep, but we got used to it. Otherwise, everything went well

Checking in and out was great. Rooms were very spacious but could do well with some upgrading. Staff is very efficient and friendly food options were great. If you miss a meal there is always the pool side restaurant or sport bar to get something. Overall, our stay was a good one. I would definitely recommend it
