I dont like that check in is at 3 in the afternoon in an all conclusive resort where you pay for all the emenities and .you loose what seems to be the majority of the day . They should at least let you check in and enjoy the all inclusive even if your room isnt ready . I domt like that the dinning room buffet is left unattended and you see flies landing on all the open food . No elevator to help with all yoiir luggage on the upper floors .

I enjoyed the staff and location of the resort . Good location of all the action . The club next to the pool on the other side is nice , but wish it was bigger wala resorts seems to be the only resort that hasn't shut down and still offers all inclusive. The staff is always great . The on site parking and 24 hour security is great .

I didn't like the idea of not having supply such as water to drink, cups. The maintenance service was bad. The air conditioner in my room was not working, the whole 5 days I spend there. Even though, they front desk send someone to fixed it. Still didn't function.

I like the staff's they were very nice. Food and drinks was good . I had a good time.

Property is really deteriorated and staff act and treat people like they haven’t gotten paid in a year.

The property is in a good and easy access area and have the potential to be an Ideal place. The beach all is nice.

the snack bar by the pool needs to improve their standards, people was allowed to cut in front of others and the staff members said nothing (no standards), there was a staff member who waved a glass in the air in order to get tips even though tips are not a requirement

One room was for my teenage daughter. We had to switch rooms with her because the door to the room she was assigned to had a split down the middle and you could see through it into her room. We didn’t feel comfortable with her having her door like that. The room keys kept deactivating and we had to go to the reception area several times a day to reactivate them. Pool closes way too early for people who are on vacation. 7pm is very early.

Food options were good. Pool was good. Room sizes were good.

The road leading up to the hotel is only about 15 feet wide and it's considered two way traffic. There was gridlock for everybody trying to get to the hotel or down any of the side streets. Be prepared to be stuck. Even the tourist busses were stuck and there's no other way to arrive at the hotel. Boca Chica is a very congested part of town. Not the hotel's fault.

I didn’t like the air conditioner- it was never cold. The staff were grumpy all the time. We gave them tips every day, and still grumpy. I waited for clean towels almost 8 hours. I got sick with the hamburger near the pool. Foreigner were holding chair-loans, 3-4 tables and multiple chairs near the pool. Leaving towels for 6-8 hours without using them. Managers should look around and tell these people to stop holding chairs without using them!

I was ignored by some of the staff due to my not being able to speak Spanish. The young lady who works the night desk was not helpful. Having never been there i needed more than a point and some mumbled spanish when i ask where my room was or where the buffet was. I also asked her to change dollars into pesos and after realized i had been taken advantage of gave her 20 usd and received 20 pesos

I went down there to relax on the beach. And it was exactly what i wanted
