We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe nightclub is very loud, we were in the 4th floor and could hear it. Staff seemed moody, not helpful, locals staying commented the same. Cheap toilet paper and cold showers despite the money the casino must make. Was further away from anywhere than I anticipated. Bus stop outside. No phone lines to reception, or put from reception to say call a local phone number for us. To order room service you have to whats app. WiFi didn't work in our room, so after 10 hours of travelling, back to reception. Get alt WiFi. Try for 20 mibs to save tge number, to send a message, to order food rather than just call from the room to order ...
We found the pool and bar, nightclub. Handy to exchange currency in the casino at the same rate as the bank

Bonaire St Eustatius and SabaThe room did not have hot water. The room was dusty, and the paint was peeling off the walls. The curtains were dusty. Two members of our party got sick as the room was so moldy and dusty. We asked to be relocated to a cleaner room with hot water. Later on, we found out that the hot water does not work and one time it's cold then it's supper hot. The staff at the front desk was not the friendliest. She told us maintenance would come to look at the water problem, we checked out, and still no maintenance.

United StatesThis hotel has a lot of potential; however, it is outdated and I could not even get a hot shower,. The maintenance man lied about fixing the hot water and they had to change my room that had hot water only in the bathroom sink. Overall, the place could use some upgrades, the building's design is good, but the it has not been upkept in years. The location is excellent and with a little investment and training for the staff, and a new maintenance man, the hotel could easily become a 4 or 5 star hotel. I could give them a lot more suggestions, but they would have to put me on payroll. Thank you.

UkraineVery old furniture. The hotel needs to be updated. We rented an apartment with a bathtub and dreamed of these days for a relaxation. But unfortunately there was no hot water in the room and the hole in the bathroom was in fungus. So I strongly recommend to take this complaint to the bosses to allocate funds for hotel renovation.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, near there is a shopping center and many cafes with a variety of cuisine.
