The nightclub is very loud, we were in the 4th floor and could hear it. Staff seemed moody, not helpful, locals staying commented the same. Cheap toilet paper and cold showers despite the money the casino must make. Was further away from anywhere than I anticipated. Bus stop outside. No phone lines to reception, or put from reception to say call a local phone number for us. To order room service you have to whats app. WiFi didn't work in our room, so after 10 hours of travelling, back to reception. Get alt WiFi. Try for 20 mibs to save tge number, to send a message, to order food rather than just call from the room to order ...

We found the pool and bar, nightclub. Handy to exchange currency in the casino at the same rate as the bank

The room did not have hot water. The room was dusty, and the paint was peeling off the walls. The curtains were dusty. Two members of our party got sick as the room was so moldy and dusty. We asked to be relocated to a cleaner room with hot water. Later on, we found out that the hot water does not work and one time it's cold then it's supper hot. The staff at the front desk was not the friendliest. She told us maintenance would come to look at the water problem, we checked out, and still no maintenance.

I went to use the hot tub in the pool area and when I was inside it the waiter came and said that I’m not able to use because we need to pay for it and reserve before used but they didn’t have a sign or something that say that . It was super uncomfortable to me .

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it is outdated and I could not even get a hot shower,. The maintenance man lied about fixing the hot water and they had to change my room that had hot water only in the bathroom sink. Overall, the place could use some upgrades, the building's design is good, but the it has not been upkept in years. The location is excellent and with a little investment and training for the staff, and a new maintenance man, the hotel could easily become a 4 or 5 star hotel. I could give them a lot more suggestions, but they would have to put me on payroll. Thank you.

Very old furniture. The hotel needs to be updated. We rented an apartment with a bathtub and dreamed of these days for a relaxation. But unfortunately there was no hot water in the room and the hole in the bathroom was in fungus. So I strongly recommend to take this complaint to the bosses to allocate funds for hotel renovation.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, near there is a shopping center and many cafes with a variety of cuisine.

I dont like the music in the disco club,we can't no sleep ,the music to loud,they need to make sure before the client come ,the room need to be in good condition ,the Air condicioning not working ,water in the floor in the bathroom,I have to be change the room 3 time ,the staff really nice anyi very nice ,the tecnician very bice when we call him ,he usually wear some red clothing over the clothing,but the problem with the music until 6 am is difficult for sleep.they need to fix that problem ,at 3 am in the morning ,I feel like my room is moving ,the music bum bum ,.I hope the fixe is good hotel need some change is easy before the client come doble check bathroom is good ,tv control is there ,is easy ,that way client dont need to call no one for problem in the room.

Wifi wasn’t strong and there was a lot of interruptions. No running water in unit for several hours the first afternoon, made things a bit uncomfortable, however it was resolved ..

Convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants + two of the front seat staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Anyi and the Yonge lady in glasses… Be sure to ask for their help :)))
