Some of the staff were rude. I didn't get washclothes for days. Thank goodness we packed some of our own. A staff member tried to bribe me to give cash under the table to them instead of paying the right way. I chose to pay the right way to have a receipt and proof of purchase. I'm glad I did because two days later the front desk asked to verify the receipt.Also don't use Talixo for transportation. They didn't show up to pick us up and take us to the airport. Overall the experience was nice. I didn't allow a few of those mishaps to ruin my experience.

The resort is nice. Everything you need is right there. The walk out pool room was a nice feature to have.

I thought they were taking me for a lunch and an excursion but it end up sale tour. It took 3 hours of my time which I could’ve enjoy the hotel more. They could tell me what it was for in the beginning.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Also, I didn’t appreciate the 3+ hour Xpande sales pitch. We only had 3 days at the resort and this meeting took up too much time.

My bed sheets had two holes in it, and our toilet got clogged up twice during our stay. Also, I had asked for (2) chocolate candy and flower arrangements prior to arrival from Eduard Frias which we never received. It was for my twin sister an myself birthday. But they did deliver a cake to our room which was nice. Also some of the staff was pushy with purchasing a timeshare. We just wanted to relax on our birthday, March 8. They were only nice because they thought we would ultimately put a down payment on a timeshare. Ridiculous how they acted.

Some of the staff was not very friendly or helpful. For some reason we were not given small towels when the room was cleaned. We had to ask for towels most days, and when I called the front desk one morning for towels I was told I had to wait for an hour because they were not available yet. This was very upsetting because we had an excursion that morning. The room was not cleaned very well. there was a really bad smell at the entrance (front gate) and near the beach towel station.

I liked most of the staff. The facility was well kept. The food in the restaurants was good.

The food is lacking variety and quite mediocre. Food served at the Buffett did not change during our 7 days stay. Restaurants have very limited menu and even if there are 5 different themed restaurants, the food from one restaurant to another is highly repetitive. The best food was from the Sports bar, which our entire family enjoyed. On the 6th day of our stay, my younger daughter got stomach ache and threw up. Then on the last day I got upset stomach and was not able to eat anything. After we arrived home, all of us got diarrhea.

It is not too big so daily walking to the beach was manageable even from the farthest building. The luxury master suite is very spacious and to our surprise there were two full baths (not one). We can see the ocean from the spacious balcony.

DO NOT COME IF YOU NEED GLUTEN-FREE FOOD. Even the few dishes stated as GF had wheat flour. I got really sick. Unfriendly staff. Crowded, and it wasn't high season. The sea has a lot of sea weed.

Except for rare few, the staff really didn’t do it for me, I was never actually offered anything. Always having to ask and beg for a drink or water at a table. Also felt like I was bothering them. They also tried to upsell us literally every step of the way, from telling us we don’t have access to things unless we pay more at check in through being haggled for other things as well.

Very beautiful property, loved the pools and beach side was so pretty! The food was pretty good with plenty of variety for different tastes. The rooms were cleaned well.

The KidsClub only takes the kids for 45 minutes. Is a big resort and there’s nothing you could do and be back to pick up your kid.

What I disliked the most is that the resort has an agenda for selling time share concept through an unlimited vacation package. They are really pushy and I think it’s unfair to travellers who are unaware of this policy. Staff members such as Francisco, use unethical tactics of luring travellers into thinking this time share offer is once in a lifetime opportunity. I wish Booking.com advises the resort to either refrain from this policy or publicly advertise this on their listing, so travellers know in advance what’s in store for them.

This property is a great resort with decent amenities. The food choices are great and the quality is high.

Constant Raw sewage odor around the WIN restaurant as well as the pool bar nearest the main buffet. Family members needed to change their room in building 4 due to the sewage smell. Always a shortage of towels and lack of poolside and beach front lounge chairs. Too many aggressive outside vendors patrolling the beach especially those with animals (monkeys, lizards & parrots)

Didn't like being harassed from the big time share sell. He would wait outside the breakfast entrance every morning, we told him we weren't interested but kept trying. Luckily we avoided him the last 5 days, otherwise I would have been rude. Need numbers on the tables, to avoid confusion and some staff could cheer up a bit.

Food was awesome good choice of restaurants, especially the sushi and steak restaurants.Never any trouble getting sunbeds. Loved the way you could pre book your restaurants via QR code and getting menus the same way. Rooms were very spacious and great view via balcony.

We did not like the sales pressure. The people were nice but it was clear they were told to push. Also the sales people on the beach were too much. The restaurants were not great or special. The food in the buffet area was better at times. I would have liked to have a drink staff taking orders around the pool and especially on the beach.

Everything was VERY clean. I liked that everything was in easy walking distance. The beach was pretty. I loved our swim out room and our room was beautiful and a great size. We loved the buffet and the coffee shop. We also had a couples massage, the spa was clean and beautiful There was a mix up with appointment due to a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish which made our experience start a bit tense but once we got things figured out the actual treatment itself and the people were great. The property is beau beautiful in the day and at night.

Ants we have bites marks all on us front the beginning to the end, dirt room, hard bed and sheets. Cocktails was water down. Not much English speaking staff. Barley things to do entertainment wise. The one “club” upstairs did not play variety of music.
