Had to figure out how to regulate the water to get it hot. It’s got a bladder less water tank close in the bathroom so you have to turn the water slowly to heat it up otherwise it stays cold because not enough time to heat it up before it comes out the faucet. Works off of flow!

Not much to complain about here, I didn't get a printed receipt at check out, and Booking doesn't provide a receipt, so I had to contact the property, they promised to send it but didn't. Not a big deal, but if you do want a receipt, don't leave the office without it!

Very close to Ocean World park, as well as a local beach across the street and a few local restaurants nearby. The restaurant on-site was very good, though not many people seem to know about it - great view, great food, had a late dinner on my first night, then came back the second night, just as good!

The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good. It was not a buffet as I expected. You were given a breakfast menu and chose anything on it. And, even though there were prices, it was all included. We asked for a late check out of another 4 hours and, for a small fee, they were fine with it.

We couldnt figure out how to get the water just right in the showers - it was either very hot or very cold. I dont blame the hotel though, I should have asked them but to be honest, I didnt see it as a necessity.

Skylight hotel is located right on the beach and was very clean and comfortable. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and had a beach and poolside view. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff was very friendly and helpful when looking for restaurants in the area to eat.

The stairs should be more safe, placing security tapes on the edges on every step. My mother suffered a resounding fall because of it.

I loved the condo, it was clean and the kitchen had all we needed. Areas of improvement, we are a family of 5 and there was only a 1 roll of toilet paper. We ran out after 9 PM and no staff to support. Also the unit was not equipped with a plunger. We had an issue with the toilet and again after 9 PM so no help. We went to the little store up the street but they did not sell one either. So we could not use the bathroom all night and had to use the bathroom either upstairs near the bar or the one by the pool. All could have been avoided if there was a plunger in the unit. Accidents happen, specially when traveling with children. Other than that little snag we really enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant was nice but were out of many items during dinner time like coca cola, brownie a la mode without icecream yet you charge the same price for 1/2 the dessert.

Not much to not like in my experience.

The location is across the street from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Ready access to minimarkets and good restaurants. The facility is orderly, clean and well maintained. The suite is well furnished, clean and comfortable. A good value for sure.The restaurant on the premises has linen table clothes and very well prepared food.

We really liked this place. Beachfront, clean, and the staff was super friendly. Is also close to Puerto Plata city in car. We would definitely come back (it's in front of Ocean World and we didn't take that into account) and we recommend.

No, nothing all was good, attention, apartment, pool, the food, the Wi-Fi, and everything the place was so quietly, and the rooftop and the restaurant so good.

That was the best part, the food was amazing, we love it and the attentions of the servers and Juan our serve he was the best, we enjoy the stay, and we're going to return soon as possible.
