I really don’t have any complaints. We were both very happy and would return and recommend others to stay with you.

Everything was in close proximity and very clean. For the most part the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The rooms were a little outdated and the people above us were walking like they were stampeding every morning and evening. I thought it was non smoking but people in room above had the smell.of.smoke coming through my vent daily. Also there were no dressers to put our clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase

I loved the staff they were very observant of our needs. Amd the bed was so comfortable I got the rest that i needed daily

Great staff I can't remember all names but Esmeralda, Pedro, Jose, Yonaida, abril, Jose, Ana, Glayvin, Sandra, Chocolate, Aderson, Diana and others were all great customer service. The food, drinks, operational facility, beach and ocean view, bars, snacks, pools, disco, night shows, etc, they were all great. Great place for a vacation.

I loved our swim our suite. It was super spacious, super clean, great AC. It has a spacious shower and a tub, which was nice to relax in. I love the food, the room service was amazing; and the room service team was super friendly and attentive. Julio, one of our room server, was super attentive an amazing job. The food was 10/10. The buffet had many different options including some for vegans. The drinks were so good. The bars were great, bar tenders always ready to serve you. Both Joses at the sports bar and Lobby bar super friendly and always attentive. Sergio the bar tender at the pool was friendly and super funny; always a blast. The club was so nice and had a great DJ. The pools were so clean and great temperature. Our swim out pool was great, clean and a nice pool to relax in. The resort had a kids pool and kids water slides which are great for the kids.

No fan nor AC in areas, kids pool bathroom horribly dirty, angry maid, room fridge with few drinks, frozen, with no refills. Bathroom with very bad small, it comes from the hole. Food can be better taste, the variety was fine. Tennis court needs maintainance. Staff at near kids pool bar and snack were publicly complaining and being rude. Swim up pool was so dirty with insects. Poor tv signal quality. No soaps at arrival in the room.

No need to walk that much, not way too many people, warm welcome with personalized check-in with seats, had a EV charger, enough parking, could walk through the inside of the buildings to avoid sun, most of staff were very kind, beach was good. Clean towels at next day. Good towels and chairs availability. Italian restaurant staff was really good, kudos.

In general, I like everything, the food is good, the staff is friendly, everything is clean. Spa treatments are especially good.

We got intoxicated with the food in the hotel, the stuff didn’t help, they send us to the doctor and that office was always empty. The food is the same everyday in the restaurants. The same menu, nothing different. Need variety. Not clean, there was a cockroach I killed in the bathroom on Thursday night and on Monday morning it was still there. The cleaning people just tidy up the bed and nothing else. Shop gift, a fraud. They sold bad quality products and don’t respond for that to the customer.

Food at the buffet needs a little more items.

Butler Julio Carpio was helpful , navigating every resource of the Resort. Esmeralda at the front desk was helpful.

I didn't like the bathroom. It hardly has water and didn't have hot water. There were no draws to put your clothes. The hardly clean the bedroom. There were days that no body came to clean the room. I have to call for toilet paper.

I know you all just opened but I paid extra for the pool access, 1st floor while others on the other floors paid for the pool view. You all sure made sure that those sun beds in front of each room goes to us by giving wristbands. Some people would come from other areas and rooms, one couple slept out their. So the beds would be claimed with their towel by 7:00 a.m. My husband almost got into a fight because we went in to change into our bathing suits and a group of 4 men with 2 women put their belongings on top of our things and kept cursing and yelling at me saying YOU AMERICANS don't own anything. Well the end of the story, THEY MOVED THEIR STUFF

This place is amazing! If I was selfish I wouldn't write this review because I know that the more people visit the prices are going to go sky high! 😁 This place is really good for all ages. SO MANY RESTAURANTS AND BARS. No exaggeration, by the time you walk out your room between 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes away from each other. The staff is amazing. I didn't go around collecting names because everyone is equally so friendly...but thank you Johnfreisy and others from Mr. & Mrs. Paul, the couple who you all thought were from France because of our last name. We stayed in the amazing SunClub, adults only with pool access where the rooms were updated!

The property was recently reopened under new management and there were some improvements that were clearly done too quickly. The rooms and facilities are blatantly outdated. The halls need to be cleaned as there is garbage all over. The facets in my tub were coming off. The towels, sheets and toilet was dirty. To make matters worse I found a loose rusty nail laying at the bottom that f the pool that I almost stepped on. When I reported the issue it was brushed off. I decided to leave the resort after 3 hours and when I asked the valet to retrieve my car it would not turn on. I had decided to book another resort and I had to wait about and hour so they could jump start my car.
