Honestly I think the only thing I could complain about would be the way to get there, which it might be a little hard if you don't have your own vehicle, but besides of that everything was perfect.

Quiet, relaxing, very few people, fantastic food and very friendly staff. The best resort I've ever stayed, hands down.

Our room was had alot of covered up patches in the wall, the maintenance did not look up to date at all. No hot water.

I would recommend an aerial sprayer for limiting the amount of mosquitos in the area. also, we wished we knew what it takes to be a member in advance. the deals we were offered were amazing but we were not prepared to take the next step. even if it meant having extra cash on hand or just saving up more in advance to take grasp of that opportunity to become a member.

everything was beautiful and kept clean at all times. the waiters and hostesses were very polite and got to know us so personally they remembered what we liked for food and drinks. the pool was the best feature. even all the concierge members were very helpful during our stay no matter what we asked.

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, i highly recommended resort. The location was an hour and a half from Punta Cana airport. I and I just wish the result was a little busier, seemed empty.

At Shi Restaurant the food could be better and the show not so short. They need to have more guest chairs, and shadow spaces by the beach.

Most people are in a party mood, nonjudgmental, friendly, and respectful, it does seem like an adult playground where activities are directed to entice you to have fun and pleasure. The facility is nice but the people's attitude (guests and staff) makes this place unique and special. Along with my wife, we had a great time.

Quite far from the airport and no airport transfer available.

Large property, quite isolated but this meant the beach was quiet and despite being a large hotel, there was always space at dinner and the gym was empty!

the hotel does not correspond to the photos presented on the website, the furniture is worn, the walls are dirty and cracked, the towels are torn and dirty... I have attached a photo, you can see everything. The employees at the reception deceived us, we booked a room for one price, but in reality they demanded 3 times more from us, when we came to the reception with things and said that we want to leave because we do not want to live in such conditions and for such money with us imperceptibly stole a suitcase and did not want to give it back, began to threaten. I do not recommend this hotel in any way

Employee interaction, hit or miss. Some people were excellent, some people below adequate. You could tell that there was not much supervision going on, no one in charge of the buffet or at least seemed like it, waiters were not proactive, hostess went missing for minutes, ingredients suddenly out of stock both at the buffet and a la carte (which happens when you have low occupation unfortunately). People did not have any intention to upsell (you should be trying to make more money to improve services, went on a tour to the spa requested by myself and no effort into making me buy something). Overall, lack of leadership from a mile away. At the end of the day, you can forgive any minor hiccup if service is top notch. It was not the case.

Food was good, drinks were at the expected level, entertainment team went above and beyond, customer service was good, upscale rooms were impressive and clean. Thumbs up for Jesus, Guest Service Manager, highly resolutive.
