Staff would give contradictory information. When we arrived no one explained what is available at the hotel, hours of restaurants, sites available, a la carte restauranrs, etc. the snack bar closes too early, food depletes early as well…

There was a musty smell in the room , they only had one bartender at the time in service for the bar in and out the pool making the wait too long

The room was very humid, there was a lot of condensation, the floor actually felt wet o my feet. The sink was getting drops of water on top of it.

The beach was perfect, very clean. The room was a very good size, the free bar was great. The pool is great, fantastic pool.

Impossible to get a restaurant reservation unless you book a week ahead. Towels were constantly out. AC in the room was incredibly loud. They kept running out of cups for drinks and were serving in coffee cups. Buffet was good but took a long time to refill as things ran out.

one of the rooms assigned to us was already assigned to somebody else, we received a key that was able to open somebody else’s room. I didn’t like that there was nothing going on, no events like water exercise or teaching people how to dance, nothing at all, it was just everybody sitting by the pool with low music coming from afar.

I really enjoyed the food of the place, a lot of variety and good flavor.

There are no ice machines in the guest room buildings. Our room was very far away from the lobby but that's where we had to get ice. The pool table, ping pong and fooseball are all great amenities - but all were in poor condition. The beach in front of the hotel is mediocre. We were there for 3 nights and upon checking in, could not get a reservation at any of the ala carte restaurants - that was a huge disappointment. The evening entertainment was also mediocre. The pool towel exchange was the worst. We were told it's only open for 3 hours in the morning and then again 3 hours in the afternoon. You simply couldn't get a pool towel between 11AM and 3PM - the hottest part of the day - where most people are at the pool. The food at the buffet restaurant was good and I found to be satisfactory. Quite a selection, and some items were of high quality - others were middle of the road.

We had a beautiful room (1221). The resort itself is lovely, as is the staff. The buffet restaurant is good - but I wouldn't say great.

I was very please with the property the views were beautiful . Swim up bar was the place to be if you wanted to be entertained and meet people but you also had the option to walk to the beach for some quiet relaxation time

On Booking is marked 50sqm room size but finally got a room only 30sqm + balcony 5sqm I like join quiet holidays then i join what I got but somewhere has mistake ; or on Booking advertising or on Hotel desk check-in Italian restaurant food quality too cheap.

Room is comfortable and clean , buffet restaurant has enough choice and taste is good. Drinks taste at bars are so so In general can spend a nice holidays period at pool , at sea and at restaurants
