The beds were a bit uncomfortable. We did not explore the grounds as we were only there to sleep from 11pm to 4pm

I will préface this with the fact that my group only booked this accommodation because we had an overnight layover in Santo Domingo and this was the most affordable and closest accommodation to the airport. We were only there from 11pm to 4am Olga, the host, did greet us at check in and took our payment in USD, then showed us to the unit..it's quite nice and what you would expect for a unit in this price range. The two bedroom unit had air conditioners in both bedrooms, the rest of the unit was extremely humid though.

We did not have a hot shower. But other places we stayed in DR had shower issues too so I think that is how the shower works in DR.

It was very close and they arranged the airport pickup although we arrived around 3am. The room is spacious and clean.

Hard to find. Taxi's didn't know it. Had to pay cash. I looked back at my booking and yes at the bottom they did mention that, but such an imortant detail should have been at the top since tourists may be low on local currency. In the flight path of airplanes so noisy until 11 or 12.

We got 3 apartments, 2 on the second floor and 1 on the ground floor. The water flow on the second floor didn’t have any pressure.

The property gives a feeling of being at home. Nicely decorated, a large/beautiful courtyard, and friendly and helpful staff.

This is a middle of local area, not for tourists. As it is close to the airport, it is best to use when you have long ray over.

Staffs are very friendly. To exchange money, one of staffs came with me to exchange.

The wifi inside the rooms was terrible but Wifi on the porch and yard was good.

The property is very nice. The rooms and yard space was lovely. My son loved the pool.The assistance from the driver Carlos was amazing. He even assisted us shopping and translating for us at business places. The experience was just amazing.

I couldn't figure out how to make the water warm in the shower, but honestly, this was minor, and I'm sure if I went and asked, someone would have gladly shown me! It's not the worst thing in the world, so still 10/10

Honestly, everything! The staff are warm, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything you may need. The room is extremely comfortable, clean, well stocked, and not small at all. The grounds are honestly the best part, absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. You can tell a lot of heart goes into it, and I could sit out there for hours, feeling the breeze and taking in all the sights and sounds. While out there, I encountered a very friendly cat who was just so playful and friendly! All in all, 10/10 and I would recommend, especially because of its proximity to the airport!

Lack of communication among staff (I paid via PayPal, showed the confirmation to a staff member, who took a picture to send to the owner, and then was asked to pay 4 more times by different people, including the owner who had already confirmed via message that my payment was made). Multiple cats found ways to enter the apartment dozens of times with us present, so beware if you have cat allergies. Staff and Uber driver confirmed the neighborhood is dangerous, but you can order delivery instead of walking. No hot water but not necessary during the day due to the heat

Location looks very bad. Would not want to walk outside complexe. bedroom was very small. too much noise from neighborhood at night. hotel seems to be in airline flight path for landing.

Good value, found all necessary accessories for an aparthotel, felt like it could be like a vacation home. had backup power during brief blackouts. Hot water took a little while but it came and felt good.
