Rooms really need to be upgraded, lack of digitalisation - wifi is paid only at the reception with a password on a piece of paper they call ticket, and it cannot be put on the room bill. They do not have a wheelchair for people with trauma and/or with limited abilities.

Very good staff, food and stunning beach, good drinks and animation.

The portions at restaurant are bit too small for the pricing ,also pool closes too early

The place was alright but the staff was horrible and the food was quite difficult to find. They only had 1 restaurant open and the buffet was only open for lunch.

The rooms were kinda ok looking and the property had no activities no shows at night or anything as far as entertainment goes.

No hot water to shower and the food they offered was terrible, couldn't eat the buffet at all and the restaurant restaurant was also horrible . I had the pay extra for a decent steak but besides that we ate out everyday, It would have been better to get an Airbnb and cook for myself would have been cheaper

The beach was clean , and the animators during the day were very very friendly had a good time with them in the pool during the day,

My husband and I both woke up with terrible sore throats. He checked the AC and saw it completely covered with mold. The sore throats followed us our whole vacation, really putting a damper on our trip.

Beautiful beach. Walk a bit down and you can snorkel through coral.

Well the shower head keep on falling apart. My door couldn't close I have to call maintenance several time to fix it. Food was ok but I think they need to better job to keep the property in better shape. Definitely needs some renovation. But staff was over all great. Beach is nice.

Honestly nothing. I’ve stayed at this resort twice now and I have no complaints.

As soon as you come in you are greeted by the staff with cold towels and a refreshing drink. Customer service is exceptional. The rooms are clean. The beach is clean. The food is wonderful. They have a 24 hour bar with snacks like burgers and hotdogs. Drinks are great. I could go on and on

Our room was clean but our refrigerator did work and the coffee maker looked disgusted it was the worst experience ever and its sad we really loved this place before

Not much it was our 4th visit this year because all other visit we really enjoyed it. I was not treated the same right from check in i was disappointed charge a different amount didnt get our welcome drink and front desk that helped me was very unprofessional. We always get a thank u from booking treat or drink nit this time our fridge in the room was broken over all we left to another resort. I was very dissatisfied we was there in feb and April and really loved it

it is in desperate need of a renovation. the pools are falling apart, like you can literally pick the tiles off. it’s in fairly poor repair. the staff look miserable (a few were nice). the food was old and the drinks were of poor quality. it was fairly cheap but even what I paid was too much. they put a sign out by the pool that says “FREE SCUBA” but they don’t have equipment. they didn’t have equipment for mini golf. my fiancé did the bike tour and the girl doing the tour just seemed annoyed. just pay a bit more and go to a better resort.

The property was a good size. The beach was good.
