The staffs aren’t so friendly and the description about the room weren’t true. The room was different and the staff didn’t change it in order to correspond with the room booked.

They could renew the mattresses, was very stiff, but overall.. it was a 9 out of 10

It’s pretty much a Tiki on the beach, we loved the VIP area and the resort itself. If we would have known that was this good, we wouldn’t have spent 5 days next door in Impressive.

Floors and windows, also shower cabin could have been cleaner. But it was not dirty, it just was not maintained regulary.

I figured they never changed the bed sheet the first night we arrived until the day we left, and there’s sand all over the bed. I’ve had a sensitive skin so I got itching all over my body. Other than that it was great.

The location was amazing especially the beach. We’re loved it. There’s security around and staffed are awesome. We’re felt safe to be in this resort.

The food could have been better

We stayed in a junior suite and had a great time Property was clean My husband is in a wheelchair and we were worried about accessibility but the junior suites are spacious and really all they would need is a shower chair and and a couple of bars around the toilet area to be considered a fully accessible unit. I called the property ahead of time to make sure we would have a ground level suite.

Poor internet connection in the rooms. Really did not like it. Pillows were thick and stiff. Not comfy..

Beds and pillows should be changed - these feel like stones, that's why we did not find comfortable the room 10109 which is supposingly called Comfort. That's why only 7, management should invest time into checking and replacing the old pillows which are completely deformed. You cannot have pillows on lobby couches better than in rooms. This is not a matter of guest taste or asking for a nother pillow after one night sleep that gives pain in the neck due to fully deformed texture of the pillow, it should be handled upfront by the hotel.

Kind and professional stuff made us feel welcomed during our short stay. Buffet was good, quite a variaty for different tastes, we found it's nice there were always some dominican dishes made of plantains, love them. Gluten-free breads were excellent. We've asked for a quiet room and so it was, thank you.

I believe the hotel should place more sunbeds in the pool as it was difficult to find a spot all the time. I felt like the staff didn't involve much the people to sign to the different activities and sports. Maybe they only ask to those staying at the beach.

the quality of the food it was really good, and the cocktails as well. The beach and the color of the water were amazing, I had never seen such colors in Bavaro, as I am used to staying in resorts located more in the north. I really recommend the spa and the massages.

The food was so-so. At every meal, we had to struggle to find a table for four available, and when we did it was never clean, unless you are the first ones in the dining room for bkfst, lunch, and dinner. Missing glasses, utensils, cups, consistently. Not enough staff. You are on your own for drinks during the meals. As for a la carte, we tried 3 of them and they were ok. The Tapanyaki we booked for 8h30, but because they are as slow as molasses to clean the tables they had us waiting till 9h30 to get in, and we didn't eat till 10.

The location was great, the grounds are beautiful. Not too hard to get a drink at the bar, always someone there to serve.

The food is TERRIBLE. Close all the restaurants and just make the buffet bigger. It is a joke that it is so bad. The buffet has some decent things on it. You only get well booze.. but for the price I don't expect more.

The rooms need a little updating and good pillows. The fridge was only stocked up with water and the coffee was never stoked up after we drank it. In the restaurant we thought waiters catered to our drinks but didn't. It was hot in there so we tried to seat under or near a fan.

The beach was okay one day we had lots of seaweed but it was okay. We did find seats at the beach my family love the pool area by our room. The area of the resort was cleaned. We loved the food at the buffet they did lot variety of food. The Japanese restaurant was delicious we enjoyed our stayed no matter what. The Mexican restaurant we had better in other resorts. But we enjoyed our stayed.

There was a 🪳 cockroach in the room. Told the clerk during checkout, is like didn't care. Toilet didn't flush properly.

Language barrier... No one speaks English, and it caused a lot of confusion because nobody understood us it was so difficult to order food, drinks, or even ask information.

The rooms are neat, The location is amazing with a beautiful beach view. The open bars with unlimited drinks and beverages were unbelievable.

I didn't l8ke the fact that I was treated differently from other tourists. I work very hard and I have very stressful job to be treated differently just because I am dominican. I also have a little problem with someone when I was eating. There was one of the lady that in my opinion should not be working there.

The beach was somehow a little bit dirty. I noticed that the other places were cleaning the beach ⛱️ more better.

Need a lot of updates, bathroom was nasty, no clean towel and NO wash cloths. When showering all the water would come out of the shower an flooded the room. Just bad all around.
