The toilet in the room was not working, highlighted it to the staff but not response. Only coffee available at breakfast, no tea at all.

We were a little sad, that the showers were most of the time cold, since we are "Warmduscher". Without spanish comunication wad hard.

We loved the location directly at the beach. The personal was very helpfull and nice.

The ocean view was out the sliding door of my ground floor room, though the perimeter fence, through quite a few trees. Yes, I could see a tiny bit of water, but saying it was an ocean view was a stretch - would not pay extra for that in future. Not quiet: the toilet ran all night, and I could hear the people upstairs, each time they opened a door, dropped something or moved something.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was right in the beach, just a short walk to both the water as well as restaurants. Breakfast was eggs, bread, juice, coffee, and a fresh fruit - simple but fresh and nicely presented.

Breakfast was decent - only eggs, fruit, bread, coffee, juice - no pancakes or cereal (my son can't eat eggs - but he ate bread and fruit). Service at breakfast was slow (especially on the day we were checking out and had to catch our flight). During check out - could not find anybody at the front desk - so leave some extra time especially if you are in a hurry to get to your flight. Location is great - right on the beautiful beach. But there is crime in the neighborhood - so have to be very watchful. Saw somebody get robbed in front of hotel. Also there were people at the back gate of hotel that would not let us go to the nearby restaurant, and were trying to sell their "dinner" services. That was very annoying and we ended up going around the hotel to the front of the restaurant (by the way, definitely recommend that restaurant for dinner/supper). Driving to the hotel we were stopped several times telling us we had to park elsewhere - but that's typical for DR - so just put on mean face and keep driving (everybody tries to make money of you). Parking at hotel is tight - but they will help you. Triple room was small, shower really tiny and old. Saw roaches on the property and in the room. We are not super picky, just don't expect same quality as resorts in Punta Cana or Puerto Plata. This hotel was very convenient to the airport and Three Eyes National Park and the beach.

It's a little run down and could use some repairs, painting, remodeling, refurbishings: the shower faucet is loose and does not work well, the sink faucet is rusty and please, for privacy, put a curtain in the window that overlooks the parking lot of a very busy restaurant. Our room offered "balcony and view". Maybe because we booked a little late they gave us one on the third floor of a building without an elevator, we had to take suitcases up and down the stairs. The big disappointment was the view of a parking lot in the back. No amazing beach sunsets from our private balcony. The area's offering is growing and there are better options at competitive prices. I hope they can evolve, innovate, maybe maximize their superb location, a better management of social networks and sales channels. And I would love to see a pool and some hammocks 💕

This place is more of a hostel than a hotel, but it is okay for short-term stays, Attentive and friendly staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast, good location.

Location is right on the beach with private entrance providing direct access. Adjacent to several restaurants. Air conditioning, hot water and wifi worked well.
