Great location, pleasant rooms, splendid pool, and excellent breakfast. We do not regret selecting this hotel for our short stay in Puerto Ayora while awaiting to board a cruise around the islands. The deluxe room is wonderful.

No real complaints

Excellent location just back from the trip and inter-island ferry piers, easy access into the main restaurant areas and sea frontage. This was an excellent little hotel whose facilities allowed for added enjoyment during our stay on the island. Nice pool area (smaller than some of the photos show but very enjoyable as the weather was hot and humid at times. Pleasant bar abd breakfast staff who were happy to assist.

Breakfast at the hotel didn’t open until 6:30am, despite knowing that a lot of people have tours asking them to be at the ferry port by 6:30am. It could have been nice if they opened the restaurant for breakfast at 6:00am.

Location was close to the ferry port, yet very private and quiet. The pool and the jacuzzi were great, the inner courtyard decor and flower gardens all around were very tastefully arranged. It all gave us a great vacation feeling. The bar and towel service was amazing, breakfast was excellent.

Hard to think of what could have been better, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful. One of a number of extra things they did was help us find a taxi van large enough for all 6 of us to go together to the airport. They even opened the breakfast area half an hour early for us on the morning we had to leave. We had a great time playing pool in the bar area and enjoyed the swimming pool as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, where we could chill out, get drinks and refreshments after a long day on one of our amazing excursions.

They are very honest about this, but just in case it is something that makes or breaks your experience, the WIFI only works in the common areas. This was not an issue for us, but other guests complained.

Ninfas was the perfect location especially while on the island for Carnival, it was close enough to the action but far enough away that you weren't bothered by noise at night. The staff at the lobby/pool bar were exceptional. Breakfast in the morning was really nice, and it was the first place we stayed that had an early enough start time that we were able to participate even on days where we had a tour or diving trip booked.

Breakfast was delicious with many options. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Our room had a back door that opened to the pool area. Outside bar area with comfortable seating, pool table, and lots of games. Shower had consistent hot water. Location so convenient and less than 2 blocks from the port! Used the free bikes to go to tortoise breeding center! Highly recommend.

Better to check if there is hot water before having a shower, I spent 3 nights, 2 nights had hot water only after contacting the staff.

The location is great, 5 minutes walking distance to the pier, restaurants and supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room for 4 was smaller than we expected, but we made it work.

Awesome breakfast, extreme hospitality from employees in the office and the bartender, Jesus was the best! Jesus made a CD of cumbias for my father! Our location was across the street from my cousin's Air B&B! Pool and hot tub were really nice.
