The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They arranged our transportation to the airport. The room was perfect. They even brought you a heated water pad to warm your bed and a cookie. Highly recommend this hostel.

There were no drawers to put anything in or unpack.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave recommendations for your providers and arranged for taxi from and to airport, including at 4am. Great location too. I walked to many restaurants and parks in the area and walking to the historic center was a nice 35-40 mins.

It was totally fine as we were barely in the room but it was quite small and noisy area at night, but they provided ear plugs which did the trick

I think the breakfast setting was a bit of a downside, despite the staff trying to accommodate our requests. Coffee was, for whatever reason, terrible. Junior suite also isn't quite a junior suite, but that's OK.

Responsive staff. Close to the restaurants. A warm water shower is stronger than in other places.

The only thing we were surprised is that the junior suite is actually just a simple room, no separate sleeping room and sitting room. It's just a room with a double bed and a sofa, serving as a spare. I got a very different impression from the room description. It was lovely but a bit tight for a family. So if you plan to book a junior suite, be advised to rather book two doubles. But otherwise all lovely, clean, overall a very positive stay.

The personnel is the highlight of this hotel. Very courteous, helpful, accommodating. Make fantastic breakfast on order, fruits always fresh, eggs in many ways, very tasty. The location is ok. Midway between Carolina park and old town, walking distance to the bar touristy square (forgot the name). On a small street, ample parking space if you drive. Lovely terrace. They offer hot bottles for the night to keep you warm (for colder nights is very welcom). A nice touch.

If there is anything to find that wasn't perfect: the chairs for breakfast were a bit unstable.

We had the premium room with a balcony, which was super beautiful and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we even got a hot water bottle for the night ❤️ The terrace invites to relaxx in the evening.

The breakfast is excellent and big. The attention of staff is so nice. Parking lot small but enough. Something very special was when we arrived at night the guy in reception gave us in the bedroom a hot water bag to warm the bed because the night was cold, first time I had that kind of attention.

Loved so many things here. Beautiful building with a lovely terrace, great location, near to the nightlife, but on a quiet street. Great breakfast with super-fast service. Lots of nice touches like hot water bottles delivered nightly to the rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, hot shower with good water pressure. Very good value for money all things considered.

Everything was great!

The property is in a central location and close to the pick-up/drop-off point for our transportation to Cuyabeno. Our room and bathroom were a good size and we also benefited from a large balcony. The staff was very helpful and even surprised us with a free dessert and a hot water bottle during our stay. They also offered a packed breakfast when we had to leave for our tour. Luggage storage is also available on request.

I liked everything

The staff were fantastic, kind and welcoming. They greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. For example, they even bought us a hot water bottle and a plate of biscuits in the evening! It's memorable gestures like this that turn a good hotel into a great hotel.

The place is simply amazing. It is located in a safe neighborhood and the space of the hostal is simply amazing.
