Really comfortable bed and pillows, big balcony and bathroom. I slept with the door open though because there was no AC and the room got way too hot still. A screen on the door would be nice to prevent bugs from getting in!

Great location in the center of town. Beautiful room and patio. We got a taxi ride to the other facility and did the hot baths and massages. Amazing.

It is a great place, near to everything. A perfect location in downtown Baños. Breakfast at Luna Volcán was terrific. I'll go back there anytime.

You get a free breakfast voucher for the nearby cafe with was so good! It does get busy in the morning, so arrive at early to get a seat at the cafe! I loved the location, close to the center and all of the bars, restaurants and shops were nearby. Love the room, the shower, the balcony and the shared kitchen and balcony. The staff was also very helpful and lovely! Felt very safe in this hotel.

We had a second room because we extended our stay last minute and in the second room there wasn't a smart tv, so no Netflix or other apps weren't available.

Right in the centre of Baños everything at walking distance and no noise in the evening when you want some rest. Perfect little place to stay for a week or so.

Great hotel, comfortable bed, and awesome location in Banos! Close to everything. The breakfast was down the block and delicious. Awesome perk that you have access to Luna Volcan pools with a stay at Casa del Bacon! Highly recommend for a stay in Banos.

Very cosy and nice! they even provide a separate kitchen you can use. The best is you can use the hot springs up in the mountain which belongs to their main hotel for free.

Located in the very center of Baños, you’re right in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. Try to get a room with a balcony! There is also a community kitchen in the casa, very handy.

I wasn't informed of details about my stay when I checked in i.e. breakfast location and times, additional info. Fairly noisy - can heard a lot from the street and through the walls. Bathroom separate from the bedroom.

Perfect central location very close to the bus station, very comfortable bed and clean room, access to Luna volcan spa was a big bonus.

The key system to get in and out is very difficult. It's very dangerous for a tourist to have to figure out the right way to turn the key and push the handle at the correct time. The office is not connected to the rooms. Two of the ladies I spoke with... Both very nice but no English... One tried at least by using a translator app. I tried with my weak Spanish but it didn't help either.

I liked it's location of the main restaurants and like a "downtown" area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Had Netflix and cable.

No English at the front desk. However the receptionist was able to call one of the owners that I was able to communicate with.

Luckily I got a room upgrade ) Nice Hotel in the center of the city next to all attractions. The staff is very helpfull with all kind of information. If you stay in this Hotel you can visit for free "Luna Volcan" - SPA with hot tubs and an amazing view over the city.

Didn't look at the pictures close enough to know that there wasn't an actual window to outside just one internal to the hallway which depending on the other guests it can get loud in the middle of the night because of drunk neighbors coming in or you can hear noise from the one room over. Also with no outside air, the room can get hot. Also turned out that the bathroom though private was a seperate room and key and that could have been added to the booking.com listing as I was told when I got there.

Loved that the place was associated with the Luna Volcan Spa and that I was able to use it even on my checkout day in the afternoon. I appreciated that they had a breakfast at the spa as well as at in the city.

There is loud construction noise from another hotel nearby that starts at 7am - and lasts all day. If you’re tired from a tour don’t even think about relaxing and taking a nap - it is impossible. Additionally, 15 minutes after we checked out we received a text message from a young lady who asked us to come back and pay $28 for a missing robe - suggesting that there WERE 2 robes in the room, and now there is 1 - so we must have stolen it. Wow! They did not ask us if we had seen the robe, or if there were two robes in the room, they just accused us of stealing a robe! What had actually happened is that Cristina, who checked us in and is very professional, saw that my sister-in-law was solo on this journey, Cristina removed the 2nd robe out of her room at check-in. The cleaning staff didn't bother to check in with anyone or inventory their robes prior to accusing us of stealing. We had to drive back to explain IN PERSON what happened. Even with the explanation from the manager Cristina with us all there in person, the cleaning staff was not backing down. My sister-in-law didn’t even use the robe. I just went from liking this hotel to NOT. If you do stay here, make sure you take photos of the robes and towels inventory when you check in. We feel so unfortunate about this incident since the hotel was nice otherwise. We are hardworking professionals, and we travel the world for business and pleasure. This has never happened to us before. We are not guests desperate to steal hotel property. I really can’t think of anything good to say because that whole accusation of stealing a robe just turned me off. They should hire a more professional staff, with some sort of hospitality skills, like Cristina. We appreciated Cristina so much - very nice and friendly - without her we would never consider staying here again.

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms, super comfy bed and good location. Great parking space nearby, cheap and safe. The bathrooms were really great, and one of our balconies had a good view of the mountains. This hotel would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the noise.

The check-in was terrible Nobody had an idea about my booking reservation. The phone customer service is the worst by far I ever had in Ecuador. When I checked out, the manager asked IN MY PRESENCE the cleaning staff to go check my room before in case I had taken/stolen anything. Since when do you do that in an accomodation of 80$ per night for Ecuadorian standards? I´ve never had such a terrible customer service experience. The reception desk is not well displayed and confusing. The way to enter the House is not user friendly at all, with difficult open/locking entrance door. The breakfast is served in a Cafe near the accomodation, as the house facilities can´t provide it. The accomodation is actually literally a house with a few (6 or 7) bedrooms. Definitely not worthy the over 80 $ I paid. Since when do you ask the cleaning staff to go and check the room before the cusotmer leaves, IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER?? Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anybody to stay here. You can find better deals elsewhere in Baños.
