We loved absolutely everything about this place, it was quiet, clean, our room was also very spacious, the view was stunning and the owner and his family was so welcoming and lovely! . The town center is just 5 mins walk! Would definitely come back !

Everything was perfect, maybe a bit of noise from construction works

Attentive service, wonderful views and excellent location. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. One great asset is the free use of the pool area in the sister hotel Miramelindo in Rio Verde!

Chance to be a perfect stay. Unfortunately every day except sundays there are extremely loud constructions work going on, starting at 8am until evening. If you are out whole day - no problem. If you search for some relaxion, that's a problem. No information from the hotel about this situation in advance.

Nice room, comfortable bed, nice waterfall view. Close to the pools. Nice breakfast, charming staff, funny dog.

-Overall the stay was wonderful. The only downside was the construction going on at the hotel. We agreed that it was fine, so I can't complain. I hope the hotel can finish the construction soon! I will definitely stay here in the future if I visit Baños again.

It’s location is great for Baños and the staff is very kind and friendly, they make you feel at home.

In my particular room, the TV reception was poor on every channel; furthermore, the wood frame surrounding the TV precludes you from changing the channels as you lay down in bed. Despite this minor problem, I would be glad to return to this hotel. The people is what makes this establishment conducive to a good environment. Thank you all.

The staff's attention to the customer service was very cordial. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate.

Room was basic and there were a few hairs in the bath tub and in the bathroom. The view from the window was underwhelming. Some of the fittings were falling apart. We didn't want to spend too much time in the room to be honest. Place could do with a refurb.

Good location in a quieter part of town, 5 minute walk from centre. Good breakfast, croissants and jams delicious. Staff friendly.

the walls are very thin and the bathroom was floated after taking a shower. it was very loud overall. the light of the floor was shining into our bedroom and woke us up every time someone walked through.

the jacuzzi was pretty awesome and the staff was super friendly.

the shower door didn’t seal, which led to a very wet floor after each shower. the water for filling the bathtub didn’t always get hot enough and the first day there was a lump of hair floating next to me after I turned on the bubbles

the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. the breakfast had mire choices than other hotels we’ve stayed in Ecuador. the location is at the end of a quiet street, which is nice for sleeping. near to the thermal baths and from our room we had a view of the virgin waterfalls. the towels were refreshed daily

Room nothing special for the price. Charged more upon arrival. Don’t speak any English, said it was because booking fees. Which is true but then again what you pay booking should be accurate with the added fee. Lamp and under beds weren’t that well clean. Feel like for the price of this place it’s a rip off and not worth it. For the location and breakfast it’s good. Thought about staying an extra day but for the price left to somewhere better. Wouldn’t recommend.

Location was good, walking distance from thermals and the center, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

When checking out, the receptionist told us that on top of the booking price there is VAT and extra charge for using card. We thought it was ridiculous, and definitely he was trying to make extra money on international travellers. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
