Great breakfast. Very comfortable beds and quiet, so we slept very well. The hotel is quirky and has an amazing rooftop space. Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely everything. This hotel was perfect. First, the staff was superb, welcoming and super helpful. I had some issues with change of dates and price changes and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me (this was fault on booking.com). The location is fabulous. It’s quiet but still walking distance to everything. And the rooms are spacious, beds were comfortable and overall great. There’s a secured parking lot for cars. And the spa is next door. I would stay here again and would highly recommend you booking here as well.

WOW! What a beautiful place to stay when visiting Banos. Our family room was perfect! Comfy beds, hot showers, clean room, mini-fridge, lots of space, wifi and parking for our car. Better yet, the gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace with hammocks to watch the waterfall. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Topped off with the most delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner is an artist and art abounds. Very attractive and pleasant ambiance. We could see and hear the waterfall from our bed. Attention given to details. Excellent breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff.

On check in the receptionist was a bit frosty.

Super location, near the centre with views of the magnificent waterfall. Modern art on the walls; some done by the owners. Family owned hotel and the owners were super friendly and chatty. All rooms are slightly different. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

The room was a little dated and we had an issue with an insistent little gecko calling it its home. The staff took this seriously and were able to address the problem by offering another room. We were told we can use the Miramelindo spa near Pailón del Diablo for free and even given wristbands, but when we went there, the spa appeared to have been closed for a while.

Superb central but quiet location and great buffet breakfast (one of the best we had in Ecuador), kind and attentive staff. The room came with a great view and a huge rooftop terrace (shared but rarely visited by others, since it's the only rooftop room). The hot tub is an excellent addition for a spa town like Baños.

After a hard drive and being exhausted from the trip, we checked into the hotel. We spent some down time in the room, we then realized we were not in the deluxe suite as requested. The staff immediately moved us to suite on the terrace and was quite helpful and apologetic. Also enjoyed spa time at sister property, Miramelindo.

The hotel was great but if one us te blues with stairs, it can be tiering. But the view was worth it.

The view to the mounts and water were excellent. The sounds of the water were calming. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great.
