My room faced the soccer fields and people were playing till 11pm, so quite noisy on that side. Rooster in the neighborhood started crowing non stop from 3am till after 7 when I left.

For a 3 star hotel, it's perfect, no complaints. Staff are very friendly, speak English. Rooms are clean, have air conditioning and mini fridge. Breakfast is good too, buffet with enough options to choose from.

It's not a luxury hotel The convenient location is what you're paying for. Neighborhood isn't "scenic," but what do you want, it's next to an airport.

Across the street from the airport. It's an easy, short walk, no need for a taxi. It's also around the corner from the Alianza busetta line if you are transferring to Cuenca. There's a large grocery store you can see from the hotel's front door. Fridge in room.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast when we were there. There are limited options for dinner without taking an Uber/taxi. I would not have felt safe walking after dark in the area.

The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was hot and adequate. It was amazingly close to the airport. There is a bridge over the busy highway a block away(with NO steps, so you can roll that luggage over easily).

Needs a bit of updating but fine.

Excellent location for the airport - can see the hotel from the Arrivals door - just walk across car park, over the footbridge, one block turn right and you are there. Facilities ok - clean, tidy. Needed a bit of tlc but for a one night stop ideal. Close to KFC + food outlet.

The hotel does not have Youtube on its TV. Not a big deal. Showers are small. It does not batter me but I write this to give a fair warning to people who like space on their showers.

The hotel offers free private parking. The hotel is across from the airport. The food at the restaurant is excellent. They prepare at the moment of ordering, so you wait for a little but that is all worth it, especially for people who do not live in Ecuador. The restaurant has extended hours for serving meals. This was the most important thing for me and my 2 daughters. We enjoyed eating after a long day of traveling and we did not get stomach sick. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very attentive and accommodating.

Staff were very pleasant and quietly efficient. Breakfast was satisfying and tasty but not too much on offer. Very close to the airport, mi commisariato and a shell service station.

My room faced the soccer stadium, very noisy at early hours of the morning (not their fault)- could hear cars and motorcycles and lots of cats purring. Initial communication was fantastic then receptionists went radio silence and didn't answer my questions over Booking app.. Night receptionist only spoke to me in Spanish despite me saying I don't speak Spanish. Breakfast was very basic. Could do with some renovations, especially in the rooms.

Proximity to the airport. I landed at 11:35pm, however receptionist was able to accommodate late check in ( midnight by the time I actually arrived at hotel). Pillows were very comfortable. Friendly receptionist when I checked out 8 hrs later, he even offered to order me a cab. Room had a functional AC unit and desk in the corner which was helpful to put items on. Good option for a crash pad if in between flights! Elevators were quick when called!

They charge US$15 for my wife stay in the room for couple of hour before her flight. It would had been cheaper to book a room for three people even if only two would sleep and take breakfast.

From some rooms noise from the street was audible.

The English speaking receptionist was great! He was always helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is 300 m away from the airport and we could walk there easily with our luggage. We could leave our luggage there for one week (3$) while traveling to Galapagos.

The TV wasn't great. Something in our bathroom was leaking water so our floor was wet.

The hotel is an easy walking distance from the aiport. Great for a short stay when you need to get to the airport. The breakfast in the morning is really good. The rooms are a good size, beds were comfy and aircon was good. The bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good.

Close to airport $5 ride. Meals are reasonably priced and included breakfast well prepared. If you have noisy neighbors the fact that the walls are concrete without insulation it can be annoying.

I was on the first floor at the back of,the building and just outside my window was a roof of metal tiles, the rain made a horrendous noise on that. very noisy aircon also
