Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyEverything! Felt totally safe (police station is next to the hotel) and it’s just a short walk to the city center. Staff is very friendly. We were able to store our motorbikes in the garage while we’ve been to the Galápagos Islands. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable. WiFi is good aswell.

Although we had a language barrier due to us not speaking Spanish which is my fault for traveling to a Spanish speaking country and not knowing Spanish, the stay was incredibly friendly and tried their hardest to help us with whatever we needed.

Place looks good. It’s ok for a short trip. People at reception very kind and helpful. If you don’t want any noise you can ask for a quite room. Comfortable bed but with a funny smell, nice warm water shower. Restaurants are 3 or 4 blocks away, not safe to walk at night but you can always get deliveries. Great value for the price.
