We loved the roof top patio the best. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location was excellent and the rooms were immaculate.

The hostel is really nice, with loads of plants in all the rooms and a very nice terrace / kitchen. The room was spacious, with a balcony and everything was very clean

The whole fmly who run this hostal are very friendly & hospitable especially Veronica. She not only answers all my questions but also helps me to book a room in Cuenca. The room is clean daily & fresh towel change everyday. It always smells nice inside the room. The dining room with the waterfall view is the best. Hostal is near the center but very quiet.

It can be quite noisy in the hostel and rooms. I had to put some ear plugs to sleep well Kitchen isn't well equipped and nothing is provided

That they didn't accept credit cards so everything had to be paid in cash. That we had to pay to use the hot tub.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful! The breakfasts were delicious and very reasonable! They were so efficient in doing our laundry! Loved the location, close to the thermal baths, waterfall, restaurants, etc. A very walkable location to everything! Cleaned our room on a daily basis. The price was very reasonable.

This is such a nice place to stay at! It is beautiful with loads of paintings on the wall and plants everywhere. The people are incredibly helpfull with anything you might want or need. The breakfast is cheap, very plentiful and so delicious! Also it is next to the thermal baths. It is called a hostel but it is very quiet en serene. Great place to stay

No on-site laundry. This is not a problem as the laundry service was quick and reliable, just important to know for planning purposes!

This place is great and great value for money. I had a lovely room with a balcony looking at the waterfall. I had read in some reviews that wifi was weak in rooms and no hot water, this was not true for me, the WiFi was great in the room and I had lovely hot showers. I would really recommend this place and its at the edge of town so away from the noise and just across from the thermal baths.

The rooms were large, the waterfall verandah was beautiful and it was super close (2 min walk) to the termas hot baths. Highly recommend going at night. Everyone is the hostel was awesome.

It was all great, honestly.

Couldn't recommend it more. Incredible value for a spacious, clean room with balcony and shower. Very friendly staff who were always around to help. The on site spa is great and good value too, and the location is ideal.
