It's the cleanest Hostel I've seen in entire south America after traveling there for the last 8 months. The beds are super comfy,wifi is fast, people super friendly and location perfect. They rent good bicycles for 5 USD a day too. A perfect hostel

On the weekend nights it may get loud due to parties at the adjacent hostal.

Great location and great facility. Spacious common area and very helpful staff. Free coffee, tea and water for the guests. Close to the central market where you can get a huge plate of food for under $4.

quite noisy due to construction around the hostel at that time (not the hostel's fault)

very clean and bed's were made every day with a fresh towel and soap, comfy beds, big and well equipped kitchen, bikes for rental, location close to the bus station, overall good value for the price

the rooftop and pooltable could not be used after 7 pm, which is really early and should be available until 9 pm

There is nothing that could have been better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during each of my encounters. The location of the hostal was ideal; very close to the bus station, taxi stand, and to excellent restaurant's and bars. The facilities were impeccably clean throughout my stay.

Perfect location, lovely to rent bikes there, well equipped kitchen, and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The top floor had a pool table but after 7pm you couldn't use it as people were sleeping on that floor , maybe put the table somewhere else if possible.

Really good hostel, meet other amazing travellers and the facilities are very good. The toilet/shower are clean and the place itself was regularly cleaned. They also provide advice and help if you're looking to do activities and they also have deals of their own. The wifi was never an issue.

I would improve a little more the cleaning in the room before the check in

Well located, hot water and a lot of services. We rented 2 bikes and they were in good status. They also offer a lot of cheap tours.

Very central location, 2mins walk from the bus terminal. You can also rent bikes for $5 from the hostel and they were in great condition. They also offer canyoning and rafting tours. The room itself was good (bathroom located inside each dorm) and the beds have curtains and individual powerpoints next to the bed.

The only minor thing was that the rooms are not soundproof- at least not the one we stayed in, you can hear the conversations from kitchen and reception.

The location is great. What we liked the most, was that the hostel had thought about everything- there was a full equipped kitchen, free tea/coffee, good information about activities in the area and even caps for the hot springs that you could borrow for free.

The staff guy was quite helpful about the tours. On the other side, the staff girl was not that helpful (she send me outside to look for tours). The difference was noticeable in the shift.

If you stay in this hostel, they will help you with the tours around baños, this was the best for me.

Of course I understand quiet hours, but sitting there silently with a little light should be possible from my point of view -Nothing to blame the hostel for but a more general remark: There was no social vibe

Price/quality wise = 10+! -8 bed dorm was not spacious, but if everyone makes a little effort keeping stuff together it’s doable -(small) lockers for valuables -Comfortable bed with a curtain, light + socket close to the bed -Ensuite bathroom in the dorm with toilet & good+warm shower -Another toilet downstairs in the hostel too -WiFi worked well (in the dorm as well) -Just a few steps from the Bus terminal -Main square, shops and restaurants very closeby and it felt safe to walk around there alone at night -Helpful staff and they can arrange tours and activities for good prices -Free coffee, tea and drinking water
