The lack of dinner options was a little disappointing, but since there were so many options close-by, it wasn't a big deal at all

The only critique I have is that the rooms are a little tight, however, that may have just been the room we chose!

FANTASTIC location, good wifi, clean rooms and bathrooms. While it’s obviously not a necessity that the front staff speak English, it was a bonus that there was a male employee who spoke great English and was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was great too!

We were there (accidentally) during fiestas de Baños. So, on Saturday night, it was pretty noisy (because you're literally in the centre of the city). The hostel walls are not sound-proof so there is always noise, but the other nights were not as loud. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were on and off, sometimes hot water didn't work at all! But we told the staff and they sorted out the hot water system... Overall, it was a good stay and a nice place.

Selina had everything we needed. The rooms were comfy, the place was nice and the upstairs bar and breakfast were great (with great views). They are right next door to a bike hire and tour company which was also a great help. The Coworking space was good - small - but you had everything you needed (and wifi worked well).

Could have been cleaner (stairways, hallways and sheets unfortunately too. Some items had first to be asked for. In the beginning there was some issues with running water.

In the bathroom, the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers were empty. It's not that big of a deal but I think that if you put these in the rooms, you should make sure they are full.

Very good location, right in the city centre. Our room was very nice with a very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is nice, with some options included in the price and some options you have to pay a little extra for.

A few hairs in the bathroom that stay around for days and a few bathrooms ran out of toilet paper on the same night so got the feeling that they prioritized certain things ie. cleaning/room sheet changes on different days. Minor annoyance when you have to go to another floor in the middle of the night.

Staff were really friendly! I love the volunteer concept as it makes it feel more like a community! i liked that the walking tours they did everyday a different different place to go so for remote working it was easy to see more of the town easily

Bathroom had a bad, sewer kind of odor. The church and square were quite loud too, not Selinas fault but maybe good to know.

there was only one towel for two people and the toilet paper was empty all day. Also the toilets were cleaned only once a day and there was only one toilet and shower for the whole floor which is not enough. the door was not working properly

The street light outside our window was on the whole night, I didn’t mind so much but could be annoying if one cannot sleep unless is completely dark outside.

It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. also the floor in our room was constantly wet. We thought it must come from a constitutional mistake or something. When we were there the was no water (no toilet, no shower, nothing) for an entire morning (until midday, then they managed to fix it). You can’t darken the room at night which was a bit annoying because our room was right next to the cathedral and their lights.

The rooms are nice and very modern. The hotel has a nice rooftop area where they serve the very delicious breakfast. We had a yoga class included which was awesome! The location is good.

The place doesn't have a parking lot or an space close to the entrance to get our luggage out of the car. The access to the room is kind of hard, the locks are a little tricky to open or close.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable. All the staff was very helpfull and nice. We had a good experience staying here. I loved the rooftop, which made us stay at the same hotel, enjoy a beer and then have a good rest back in the room.
